Use an album art generator to make a short little phrase like that, screen it, and then put it as my avatar to say something secret (well, not so secret anymore :D)

I could get what you mean with the deep message. It's great that you care about things other than music and you're glad to support those things on your T-shirt! :D I'd care about that too. I liked your comment just because of the "wronger impression" of me part. That was funny :lol: I like Coldplay's "color pop" (if you're going to refer to MX as color-pop, I guess that's more accurate than saying radio-pop :D) but I am also a big fan of Coldplay's previous work. Besides, if you want people to think that you're a fan of Coldplay's older work why not wear a shirt with older artwork? :D

Hmm you might actually have a point... maybe one of the tracks in AHFOD is in fact The Race, along with Tomorrow. But who knows, maybe Amazing Day will be renamed to Tomorrow (I hope that'll be the case). Tomorrow seems like just the right name for a track like Amazing Day. But it'd also fit better with a track of a bit of a different feel, almost a bit slower and less uplifting like Up in Flames. So at the same time I hope Tomorrow is the name of a different track. But I also want Amazing Day to be renamed... can't decide which I want more. :D

I personally agree with @I ran away. I think you only have to follow the rule that you have to wait until 6 people vote until you can vote again. (Only have to wait 3 more until I'm up. Yay! :D) I think you can vote for whatever you want since that's essentially what the game is, and that also may add the element of strategy, since you could choose songs you really like that already have a lot of points that you want to win to award 12 points, or whatever. :)

I agree... people who wear (insert band name here) everywhere they go is just sad... it's okay to be a fan but you shouldn't let it take complete control of what you're going to wear. If I had Coldplay merchandise I would wear it every once in a while but I wouldn't wear it everywhere, I wouldn't let it define who I am. I'd let my character define me, not Coldplay. I especially enjoy this quote: "What one enjoys influences how they view the world, but it shouldn't influence how the world views them." Exactly! When it starts to get to the latter that's when that one thing they enjoy has crossed the line and taken over control too much. I 100% agree with that.

No problem :D I really love this game and in my opinion it doesn't get as much attention as it deserves so I'd really like to let more people know about this unique, fun, interesting, and creative game. :)

I agree, and according to @ov3la the single will be out later this month. Now I'm not sure how much that's trustable but that'd make sense for a release date of the new single. :)

That's the part I'm interested to know.... I'd love to let other people know that I'm a fan. I'd love to wear some sort of Coldplay merchandise or something. I wouldn't let it completely define who I am, I agree with that though... :)

^ Well good luck with that, lots of people absolutely love 42 (including me) so I don't think we'll be able to save VLV next round using that song, that is, if Viva even makes it past this round. Here's my opinion on 42: The intro is the second most beautiful part I've heard by Coldplay, the most beautiful being MX (the song). The first part of the song is absolutely gorgeous. I love the melody, I love the tune, I just love it. Nothing better, except as I said before, MX. Unfortunately, second parts can make or break a song. That's what happens with 42. You have this beautiful, gorgeous intro, 0:00 to 1:35. Then comes the second part. It's actually not that bad (at least it seems that way at first). Then it becomes worse and worse as the song goes on. starting at around 2:20 the weird part comes. It's not the worst thing ever but it takes away from the magic of 42 in my opinion. 42 is still a great song IMO and is top 5 material but the second part breaks top 3 status. If they would have done something more similar to the first part than this song would easily be my favorite... it's so sad that they chose to do that over something a little different more similar to the first part of 42. I strongly feel inclined to say this is my favorite song of Viva, and my favorite song of Coldplay, and my favorite song of all time, but that only goes for 0:00 to 1:35. It's a great song, but the second part was kind of a letdown when I first discovered it. I definetely don't think it deserves to go next... but I half agree, because the 2nd part definetely seems inconsistent and does lack sort of a strong melody...

As I was typing that I remembered that you were the one who agreed with my proposed rule changes in the last thread and I felt really dumb LOL. Just a funny thought... with your post stopping me and making me think before asking that really dumb question I was about to ask you. :lol:

The song is kind of bland and boring... but in my opinion it's still nice when you're listening to GS as a whole. I enjoy it myself. But you can't deny it's a bit boring and bland. That's my input on Another's Arms.

It's so nostalgic for me too, because that's the song that got me into Coldplay in the first place. To be safe, we'll probably need quite a few more votes to save Viva. It is still early in the round, but we can never be too worried with Viva. (which is surprising)
