Hold on I'm not sure anyone noticed this before but Coldplay's recent Tweet regarding three days till the Festival starts (that was posted on Tuesday or something) then at the end it says... "A". Just "A". It's this tweet here anyone know what that might be all about? Maybe that's a sign they will in fact be playing something new there because "A" is the first letter in AHFOD...

Exactly. The fans are expecting something new. I don't know why they wouldn't play anything new tomorrow. It's such a good opportunity. Tommorow's going to be a huge day for all of us. The next weeks will be very interesting to see if they play anything, release any singles, or tease some.

Yeah it'd be cool if we got real instruments and real drums again. I really hope it happens. The picture showed just a bit of the real drums but then again as you said the ASFOS video did too and we're not hearing real drums in the version of the song we know today. Let's hope for the best. :) To the post directly about me (that you also posted), I'm not really expecting it either. It'd be cool, though.

I second this. I only voted against this song last round because I wanted to save Twisted Logic. It's actually a decent song.... now it's time to save it!

Lol thank you! And I base my life around color too a lot. Really helps me remember and so I chose to use it here so people can find their posts quicker when I'm doing multi-quote posts.

I really hope they do something new at this festival. I don't think Coldplay would be dumb enough to realize how big of a mistake it would be to not do it there.

Thanks! I always make sure to put quite a bit of thought into posts as to make everything clear as possible. I like to get back to every post that I want to say something about without double/triple etc. posting and I'm also trying to make it easy for you to navigate to your quote so I color code it. But usually if there's just two or three quotes I want to get at I probably won't put it behind a spoiler and color code it because there is not that many quotes to cover but in cases where there's 4 or more quote I'd color code them and put them behind a spoiler. :)

I made this in a relatively short time so since there is a great amount of great Coldplay songs I might have forgotten some. I already changed 4 and 5 once while writing this since I remembered In My Place.

Phew! That was close, really thought Twisted Logic was gone for sure.... that's so great of a song! IMO it has to last at least one more round before it's time has come. Even though Til Kingdom Come is a great track, it's not as good as the other ones on this list... I vote Til Kingdom Come

For one, it most likely isn't going to be MX part two, because everything they've done so far is different. I hope you've been noticing Coldplay's pattern through their albums. They never try the same thing twice. They're always experimenting. It may be colorful like MX but I assure you that you don't have to worry at all until you hear the actual music. Now since it is colorful that increases the possibility of Coldplay going against their trend and they might try MX again without the overproduction but it's more likely that whatever they make will be completely new. Second, not at all. I'd argue it's their best album actually. But that's just how I view it. I don't know why you hate MX but I guess that's just your opinion, and we all have a right to one. :P

Yeah, I don't know why so many people don't like that song on here. One of the best. I can't tell you exactly what spot because theres to many great Coldplay songs xD

Twisted Logic is pretty good but IMO Low wasn't good enough to continue on. A Message IMO has to go in this round. It just sounds a little bland to me and IMO is the worst of what's left here.

I agree. VLV is a very great album but it can't compare with AROBTTH.
