  1. Opening nights usually start on time, and I think they usually start within 5-10 minutes of their set time. They publish the set times so people don't arrive so early thinking that they're going to start at 7 PM (which is the time on the ticket). If we were to rely on that, they would be starting 2 hours late.
  2. Can't believe the first show's tonight! Hope everyone going has a great time! :bliss:
  3. If that's really the setlist, WHAT A SETLIST. Hope I get to see them live on this tour.
  4. I hate to say it, but I also thought it was surprisingly underwhelming. It should have been Coldplay ONLY, because I thought Beyoncé and Bruno stole the show. The good news it that the tour is coming up and we all know it will be light years better than this halftime show. Also pleased to see the "Super Bowl Effect" on the charts.
  5. They knew what they were getting into when they invited her to be one of their special guests. If they didn't want to do Hymn, what else was she going to do? I don't think it matters, she may have a huge social media following but she hasn't been able to pull off a stadium-only tour across three continents.
  6. My theory as to why "the other two" are in the halftime show is that Pepsi thought that Coldplay wouldn't attract as many viewers as previous halftime shows, and that they persuaded them with including special guests. Because if they're not doing Hymn for the Weekend, there's no reason for Beyoncé (or Bruno) to be there. Both artists already did their halftime shows, and they were great. Just let Coldplay do their thing on their own.
  7. Oh. Damn it. This show is probably going to be the same format as the halftime show that had Shania Twain, No Doubt and Sting.
  8. Looking forward to this halftime show. Hoping they really step up their game and that Beyoncé and Bruno don't have any surprises that will overshadow their performance.
  9. Honestly wasn't expecting them to add second shows anywhere in the U.S., so this is great news.
  10. So for the U.S. stadium shows they are only using half of the runway?
  11. Does this mean they're announcing the dates before the Super Bowl?
  12. Queen of Peace is amazing. Ship to Wreck, Third Eye, What Kind of Man and St. Jude are also great songs. How Big, How Blue... was one of my favorite albums of 2015. Also saw Florence open for U2 in 2011. She has one hell of a voice!
  13. Any predictions as to when the album's going to be released? I say before March 31st.

Water Under the Bridge, Send My Love (To Your New Lover), River Lea and Sweetest Devotion are my favorite songs on 25. It's a great album. Not sure if it like it more than 21, but it's better than 19.
  15. Well, he should be embarrassed. Spectre was light years better than his song, though.
  16. Devastated. The man's a true legend, a true genius. Music won't be the same without him. Rest in peace, Bowie.
  17. It's probably why I didn't want anyone joining them on stage.
  18. They'll probably use Beyoncé's pre-recorded vocals if they perform it on the tour, which seems to be a no-brainer.
  19. Stay vs. When I Look at the World
  20. It did really well considering how late in the year it was released.
  21. Agreed. The album version isn't that bad either.
