  4. This is what made the set so f&**ing awesome. The mistakes just add to the beauty and haphazard feel of the show. You realise how talented Chris is when he can hold the song on his own when the band walk off. Their faces are magic before they walk off! [emoji87]
  5. Dead.
  6. BBC introducing stage at Glastonbury made me very happy. Seeing young new talent.
  7. I was 19/20 in 2000. I was in a bad relationship wishing my A levels were over (I was two years later than normal) and wanting to escape to uni in North Wales. My parent divorced that year and my nan died. I was so very glad to leave home in 2001. I think I started liking them around this time but can't remember when I bought their album. I used to earn about £25 from my Sunday checkout job and was left with a tenner after paying my mum for food and it used to go on CDs. Garbage, Radiohead, Coldplay. Never any clothes or books. Just music. Oh, and Select magazine [emoji6]
  8. I've just started to read The Big Lie by Julie Mayhew - it's written for the young adult market but I've recently found out that 80% of YA fiction is read by adults over the age of 25 so we are in good company. It's about a young girl - I get the feeling she is around 14 or 15 and it's set in a Nazi-controlled 21st century. She is a champion ice skater and is struggling with her emerging sexuality. She seems to be fiercely attracted to her friend Clementine but also finds men attractive too. She has a very strict father so this is hitting home with me. It's well written and Julie is so talented. Well worth a read. EDITED as got the century it was set in wrong. [emoji5]
  9. I think Chris made a 'joke' about Adele releasing an album called 'Adele boy'. It was funny. Kind of. [emoji85]
  10. Oh my goodness. Chris as daddy oh I do feel giddy [emoji6] [emoji7]

  12. Yes - I think it was on Thursday night - the app just hung on the coldplaying motif as if it was going to load but never did. I reinstalled the app and it worked on Friday morning, but I do keep being logged out about once or twice a day.
