i'm glad it doesnt snow here. snow is lovely in the mountains but i dont like it in villages or cities, its only getting cold and icy!

my parents dont surprise me in that way. i just remember how my friends failed to surprise me when they organised my birthday party. they sent me into city centre to buy something and i seriously thought i had to buy it but then i met my flatmate on the way there and he said he was going into the city anyway so he bought it for me. i was back after about seven minutes (it usually took me 20 minutes to walk into city centre) and they were still discussing what they were exactly gonna do. :embarassed:

thts true! i sometimes get the impression that they dont actually listen to me. well my mum does but my dad doesnt seem to care. but its not the fact that they sometimes forget things that confuses me. its that he expects me to do things that i would never ever do, which sometimes makes me think that he hasnt got a clue who i am!

i was just wondering about this. my dad sometimes says or asks me things which make me wonder where he's been in the past 10 years. i mean seriously. there's people who have known me for a few days who probably know me better. i mean he was reading some newspaper today and he found some job advertisment and asked me if i was interested and i seriously wondered why he asked me. i mean he maybe really wanted to help because i quit my job recently but still i think everyone who knows me a little couldnt imagine me being interested in that advert. the same happened for example when i told him that i was going to work in england. i wanted to do this for ages and i did tell him before but when i said that i've got a job there and that i'm going in summer, he was totally shocked. or when i look at the things i got for christmas. its like he hasnt realised that i've changed in recent years and that i'm not twelve anymore.

its quite easy to find out. total posts/ posts per day and you know how long you've been here. it probably wont give you the exact result though.

yes, i do. robbie williams' a bit like that. i dont really listen to him when i'm at home (well i did like his older stuff but i havent listened to him for ages). but i'd go to a concert because i like him as an entertainer and i think he's a lot better live. why wouldnt you listen to the zutons? i really like them, espeacially their second album. i'd love to see them in concert, they had a concert in liverpool when i lived there but i found out too late.:(

i moved out last summer when i moved to england. (when i was 20) i'm back home now but i'm planning to move out soon. however i'll definitely have to move out in spetember!
