Wow!!! Way to go Thalia! I'm new to this site and had no idea this sort of thing could happen. I often dream of meeting the band but think of be too much of a mess and ruin it. This was so great though!!!

I'm just gonna say it although it seems we don't comment much on this type of stuff here. I think they are cute together and it seems like they both are each other's type. I wish them well because they deserve happiness (having both gone through heartbreak in serious relationships).

I've been wondering like how do they go into hiding so long. I mean, on the one hand I am glad they are having privacy and living their lives. On the other hand I'm like are they just holed up in their houses? I've not seen new pics of any of the band members for a while!

So like everything you've listed here are like my favorite things so if they go that way, I may just die.

Dreampop is certainly a possibility! Chris loves the band Beach House which is totally dreampop. It's one of my favorite styles so I would be in heaven if they did that and did it well....

That happened to me too! I'm still feeling it 6 months later, although I will admit it's starting to fade a little given the hiatus...and it just started! It's going to be a long wait!

In 2004, one of the closest people in my life died and it devastated me. I listened to Warning Sign constantly during that period. To this day, 14 years later, that song has the ability to make me break down. The power of music is amazing.

Slightly off topic, but the whole full bearded hipster Rastafarian beanie thing Chris has going on these days makes me wonder if he may experiment with reggae sounds. Or it's just a fad for the hell of it bc wearing the same look for 2 years including the shirts must wear on you. Also not sure how he's able to rock so many looks, or get better looking with age. I guess thge answer is money but still...

I think collabs have helped get them new generations of fans and kept them relevant when, let's face it, rock is dying. As much as it pains me to say because it is my first and top love. But if it means we get to still have the guys, then I am for it.

It's been years since I've been on forums but recently I've started to read a few...and this site has the most positive, fun group of people I've ever had the pleasure of reading. So many message boards just have mean, bitter, and awful people on them. This site has awesome, positive, and supportive types from what I've seen so far (newbie but been looking around the past few months). Congratulations to you!
