I'm not faulting America alone, I'm faulting the entire world. Every single last person in charge needs to have the intentions of the people in mind. Has that EVER really happened? Nope. We'll end up in Iran because some guy in an office decided it, and some stubborn dick in the Middle East has a big fuckin' mouth. More people will die, we'll probably all get blown up, and the world will come to an end. Or at least it will eventually. It's just, if the world continues on this path of using warfare to settle disputes, our children will have a very messed up place to live in. A nice atomic sky to stare up at whilst star gazing. As Bob Dylan said, "You've thrown the worst fear, that can ever be hurled. Fear to bring children into the world." War is pointless. Of course, the response I expect back is "Oh, so we were just gonna let the Jews cook?" uhm, no. Sure, a LOT of tyrannical regimes who have come to power in this world have been "dethroned". But then a new one pops up. Then another, then another, you get the picture. There's got to be a change. What that is, I don't know. We need to look at the underlying causes of this hate, perhaps it's poverty, perhaps it's lack of education. But creating a new bomb isn't helping anyone. And I don't understand how anyone can think it is.

Well, everyone wants a band to do really well when they're new on the scene. Then once they get really popular it's like everyone's all "omg I want my little indy boys back!". I just don't know why that is? Coldplay isn't the biggest band in the world, they're incredibly popular, but they're not THE biggest band in the world (although they might be to us). It's just, bands can't stand still. If they did, people would be complaining about THAT, you know? People grow up, their lives change, that obviously affects the music. I feel bad for them, seems like no matter what it's lose-lose-win, with the fans.

The whole fucking thing was pointless. It was just a big damn mess.... Blah. At least it got us out of the Depression!

I didn't, but jesus... That's like 10 September 11th all at the same time. All for what? "A Greater Good"? greater good my ass. The world's back to it's shitty self, it didn't solve anything. Of course, from a military standpoint, it was "necessary" in order to end the war. And I do agree that ending that war as soon as possible was necessary (I watched quite a few shows about what the Japanese government was up to at the time, and it mainly consisted of sitting in temples bickering and not caring about their people, evil bastards). That should have been the last time nuclear power was ever discussed. But then came the Cold War, and any hopes of nuclear power being gone went right to the shitter. I just am sick of my country being the gun weilding "Fuck with me, I keel you!" sort of place. We need to become a better force, a molding one. And toting our nuclear power around the world is NOT the way to go. Oh, but it's ok for India to do it! They're niiiiiiiice! God. This country's policies make me vomit blood.
