  1. WE ARE THE ARMY YOU SEE THROUGH THE RED HAZE OF BLOOD. :x
  2. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! AHAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH DAMN IT. I missed something worth seeing hidden in the 4 hours of boringness.
  3. 'twasn't me. :uhoh2:
  4. Yeah I'm thinking "bolsheviks" works for that second one. Seriously though... I don't think there's a word that specific for it.
  5. Is "What's Going On" a Coldplay cover or that God-awful 9/11 tribute celebrity all-star cover that had probably had poor old Marvin Gaye rolling over in his grave? I had their "Lost Highway" cover at one point (I downloaded it off some p2p service after they played it the first time I saw them live) but it's long been burned to a CD which has been lost for some time (that CD also had "You Only Live Twice" and the 30 seconds of "What the World Needs Now" that were tacked on to the end of an early live version of "In My Place), so... I am of no help whatsoever. :P
  6. Even better question: who in their right mind would pay over $700 for that.
  7. pfff. Keane can think they sound like whoever they want to, they'll always just sound "boring" to me. :smug:
  8. This thread has inspired me to calculate how much money I've spent on Coldplay over the years... 3 live shows - $20, $15, and $35 (guess which one came AFTER they became huger than God  ) 2 lp's and 1 single - $15 x2, $10 1 T-shirt - $20 so... $130. :o
  9. Yay, at least two people agree with me on that. :P
  10. I don't give a shit enough to pretend that I'm "above" liking girls in skimpy clothing or something like that. I'll be honest: it's cheap, it's degrading to women, but it still turns me on. Only certain types of women can really be "sexy" and "classy" at the same time, anyway, just like only certain types of guys can be sexy while dressing like a bum or something. I dunno.
  11. Aw man, I was all excited to talk about Snoop Dogg. :(
  12. "bullet-proof vest with the windows all closed" - reminds me of somebody hiding from the police or something "If you ever see this" - suicide note? The only problem I have with the "sniper" idea is the line "So they came for you, they came snapping at your heels," because that sounds more like something involuntary on the other person's part, rather than being "stolen" away from Chris or something... I don't know, I'm usually not very good taking things and giving them literal meanings. :P
  13. Me neither. But I kinda stopped paying attention to new bootlegged Coldplay songs. :P
  14. James Bond ([email protected]) has now taken the quiz. :P Secret Crush - Miss Moneypenny First Crush - Honey Ryder yeah..... I've seen a few too many of those movies.
  15. Yeah, that was one of those movies that I wasn't really expecting to like and ended up loving. The Elliott Smith didn't hurt it either. :P Last movie I saw: Open Water - 2/10. Go to the thread about it if you really want to know why I thought it sucked. :P
  16. the live version of that song is one of the most glorious things I've ever heard. Royksopp - "Sparks" (no connection to the Coldplay song of the same name)
  17. Radiohead certainly seems like a religion for some people, doesn't it? :P
  18. WOW I BETTER TAKE THIS TEST RIGHT AWAY, BEING AS OPEN AND HONEST AS POSSIBLE!
  19. I don't think they come much hotter than Catherine Zeta Jones. :o
  20. In other words... it looks like they have money now.
  21. Advice to live by.
