Oh my gosh. So much fun for my 14th Coldplay show :) Not that I'm counting. Met up with Jason, who had my ticket, and Lauren. We got to the venue on the later side - after my almost 400 mile drive, I was starving so we decided to eat instead of getting there early. But they had run out of wristbands! I was so sad, especially when I saw several people with 2 :( but I managed to score a couple of wristbands right as 99 Problems was starting, so all was good. Our seats were in the 4th row, on Johnny's side. Awesome! I've seen the Xylobands once before but it was such a tiny venue, so it was amazing to see 16,000 people wearing them when MX/HLH started. Same setlist as I guess they've been doing. I had not watched any videos ahead of time but I did know about the additions of Warning Sign, POC and DLIBYH. I took so many photos but I need to go through them, I may be able to get some up on twitter tonight, but I'm in a hotel and using my iPad. Some of you may know I kind of have a thing for Will, lol, and have met him and all, so tonight I swear he looked right at me, smiled and waved. At first I thought, no, that did NOT just happen, then Jason turned to me and said that Will had totally looked at me and waved, so maybe it wasn't just my imagination. Chris was up and down the ramp like crazy, Jonny was smiley and happy. Couldn't see much of Guy on the other side of the stage. I loved the intro to Yellow. Ant all the other songs we know and love. I also met Jason the wristband genius, what a nice guy. I need to find the video of Fix You to see if I heard what I thought I heard... Tash, if you're reading this, I'm going to upload some pics to twitter so feel free to make a post using them :). @LFdianne Now I really can't wait for Tuesday at the Hollywood Bowl, to compare the arena show with an amphitheater show... It's ok. I just want to make sure our boy gets the respect he deserves. LOL I will be seeing him tomorrow, wait, it's after midnight...so I will be seeing him TONIGHT!!! Omg. I am so excited, I can't stand it.

I absolutely love this version of GPASUYF. Cant wait to see your video. The times I've seen it live, I've never been in a great position even though I've been close. Some singer guy always gets in my way.

Yeah. But I kind if have a thing for his accent. And the way he pauses when he speaks. Maybe I shouldn't listen on the drive, might be too distracting. Lol

And just how fine was our favorite drummer last night? I hope you got some good pictures. I can't wait to see him, and those other 3 guys, on Saturday. It's been far too long since I've seen them! Withdrawals and all. LOL I have a long drive on Saturday, from LA to San Jose, so I will be listening to them for all 6 hours - I actually have that Sirius interview on my iPhone, since that's 2 hours, I can listen to the whole thing without interruption, and hear his voice. Love his speaking voice...

I wish. I could set set some kind of "How many times can one person see Coldplay in one week" record. hahaha. I hope I do get to go - but it is a lot of effort for 2 songs....An hour's drive each way, waiting for hours to get into the studio, standing inside for another 2+ hours. But it's all worth it for the boys, of course. LOL

Lauren, what does it say on your VIP email? Ours for HB says cameras are fine as long as they're not professional.

They're down to the top 6, with one being eliminated tonight. The Finale is May 23.

Yay! But only 50 pairs? Yikes. American Idol tapings are fun - I've been to a couple. And I am going to the Finale this year, but seeing Coldplay would top that! Crossing my fingers that my contest luck still exists.

Holy crap. How fun would that be? I've been to a few AI tapings, and they're fun! Of course I entered...

And we are Floor 3, Row 4. :) So excited!!!

LAX, we live in South Orange County, too, and I'll be picking my husband up from his office at the Spectrum to drive to the HOllywood Bowl. We were in Hollywood last weekend, near the Kodak Theater. We are planning on parking at the lot on HOllywood and Highland, getting validated ($2 for first 2 hours) and a $10max. And we are planning on walking to the HB. It's a little over 1/2 mile up Highland to the main entrance of HB. I think there is a shuttle too, but we think it would probably be faster to just walk than deal with the shuttle and the traffic. We are probably getting there pretty early, though, to meet up with my son who has a class near H&H that is over at 3. Then we have VIP for Wednesday with early entry, so we will be getting there early too, and just seeing what benefit there is to early entry since we paid for it!

Nice! Have a great time and say hi to my buddy Will for me and that I'll see him on Saturday... LOL

If you're staying at the Best Western Hollywood Plaza, you are right there. We were in that area last weekend, and it's very close, like a 5 minute walk. I can't wait either! Funny how you're coming here for a show, and I'm flying to Orlando to see a friend (Hi MartinFan) before going to the Tampa show in June :)

Well, it IS only 8:45 am now...I'm sure more will be coming this morning :) My friend was there and she said it was "Spectacular. Mind blown."

You weren't supposed to look! You didn't even want to know the setlist! Where is your will-power???? Mine is still in tact, so there. Can't wait to see you Saturday night!!!
