the corbijin one is FABULOUS! i was talking about the other one, by what's his name. i think that one's slightly embarrassing, actually. and i think that there's a potential for a human-appearance too, in the ways that you said :D. i just remember seeing the preview of the LIJ video on itunes that night, and while that one was amazing, that little clip that they put up was only representative of part of the video. i think there's a chance that something else besides just puppets will be in this one.

i have to say that i kinda agree :uhoh:. anyway, it doesn't really matter, since i doubt debs is stalking us anyway :lol:. i'm just not going to make a guess on what a possible surprise will be, since i'm not letting myself believe that there's even going to be one anyway :P. i'd rather not get my hopes up, and i'd rather keep my focus on the project being about giving to them rather than hoping for a site mention or whatever in return. but that's just me personally :D. that's not to say i'm not RIDICULOUSLY excited :dance:

by "the year" i meant 2008, since that's when it came out. and IMO, one of the VLV videos was fabulous, so i'm not bitter about the lame one. i think i expected something like the apple ad that featured VLV. that thing was and is AMAZING, and i don't think i'll rest until they release a full version of that :lol:. i think with some slight tweaking, that style really would have suited LITii.

i think there's still a chance that the video could have them in it...they might have just taken the screencaps from one part of the video? eh, probably not, but i hope there's SOME appearance of the actual guys. even if this video turns out better than it looks, i still don't think it'll do the song justice. for arguably their best song of the year IMO, i expected arguably their best video of the year.

oy freaking vey. i don't think she should do it. tracy anderson sounds a bit fishy, and i doubt gwyneth would be much more involved than having a quote and her picture endorsing the gyms...and funding it, of course. i'd bet she could think of much better things to do, like starting a charity or something.

alison, can we pick new dates if ours has already passed in light of the update? :P

yay awards season! :nice: i was so happy for kate winslet last night--i'm seeing revolutionary road tomorrow, but i love her anyway and was so happy she won. and her acceptance speeches were adorable! and 30 Rock won THREE golden globes! that's my favorite show on TV, and I'm so glad they won :dance:

i can't place my finger on who the guy puppet looks like, but he looks familiar. and he DEFINITELY doesn't look like guy :lol:

nah, gwyneth wasn't at the golden globes, in case anyone was wondering. watching the red carpet made me hopeful for a chris-with-gwyneth appearance at the grammys. it's a damned if they do, damned if they don't situation, but i think they should just do it. pose for a few pictures, hold hands for a few minutes, let the tabloids look stupid. then they can go along their merry lives for a bit until the next big thing blows up. besides, i want to see two gorgeous people, both of whom (whom? that's one of the few grammar things that i never get right) i love, together on the red carpet :wacky:
