i really don't like my arabic class because it's really REALLY hard and i have a pretty bad teacher. but last night for the hell of it, i taped one of my coldplay concert butterflies inside the cover of my arabic notebook, and it made me feel a bit better during class :nice: :P

when he falls in the very end, i'm always like "HE'S GOING TO HIT HIS HEAD ON THAT ROCK!" the first time i watched it and saw that he comes very close to knocking himself out on that rock, i think i gasped out loud :lol:

i just woke up from a nap and remembered i had a bit of a crazy coldplay dream. i was at a concert with my friend in some very small venue, almost like a theater, and towards the end, chris began to just walk around the crowd to say hi to people. i learned from a youtube video last night in the "post pictures of the gorgeous chris" thread that chris doesn't really seem to have objections about hugging fans, so he was giving out hugs. it got to be my turn, so i hugged him, and it was rather nice. they all went backstage and came out again for the encore, and this time chris started singing some song as he casually walked through the crowd. i had gotten out of my serat and went to a railing to get better pictures, and he stopped the song and said "heyy, i already gave you a hug!" and i said "yeah, i know. i was just getting closer so i could better see how pretty you are" and he rolled his eyes and laughed. that was about it :P.

i can't fricking wait to turn 20. seriously. i've been looking forward to it for at least 10 years. i've always been really old for my age, sometimes painfully so, and i feel like telling someone "i'm 20" means something very different than telling someone "i'm 19," even though it just is a number. i'm so fricking tired of being a teenager in number. i really don't like most teenagers, so i don't like being one. most of my friends wonder why i want to turn 20 rather than 21, because 21 is the age you can drink in america. that means nothing to me; i'm basically a complete tee-totaler anyway. i don't care about drinking, i care about being taken more seriously. i get to turn 20 in england :wacky:. that means so much to me :D

i agree with you about that being the plan B. not as cool, but if debs doesn't get back to us at the ABSOLUTE latest, by like, november 5 or something, i think we'll have to resort to the regular fanmail address :\. i still really, really don't like the idea of passing them off at a gig, and it sounded like several people agreed with me. i guess an alternate plan B could be mailing them to a coldplayer like the original plan was, and then they would drop them off at the bakery, but i think the fanmail address is the way to go, sadly. let's hope it doesn't come to that.

oooh, i like it. i would have expected different colors, but i definitely like it. i think i want to tie-dye a tshirt red and orange and then put the painted "LIJ" on it :D

i have the red VLV shirt, and i got my brother the brown one at the gig on sunday :P. we have this crazy idea to wear them in our christmas card photo this year with falling butterflly confetti and electrical tape on our fingers :lol:

yeah, you have to be born here to be president. apple's out, unfortunately, as is chris :P i don't know how long you have to live here to be able to take the test, but i think the rules might bend if you own property here AND are married to an american AND have american kids, as chris does :P i didn't know kids of americans born in other countries were american, necessarily... i guess it makes sense, but i never thought about it, really.

i pasted a lot of the butterflies i got at the gig on saturday on the ceiling above my bed :wacky: i have to plan what i'm going to with the rest of them...i literally got hundreds! my mom was on butterfly duty :P

i just asked approximately how many butterflies they drop at a single gig :P LOVED the question about the guys at a party! but i wish the oracle answered the voting question a bit more directly. yeah, obviously chris is concerned about the outcome of the election, but i'm quite curious to know if he took the citizenship test so he can vote. i wouldn't be at all surprised if he did :D

haha, i just went back some pages to see what things i missed out on when i saw page 17 and lore telling everyone my facebook status from last night! :D you guys are so nice :wacky:. thanks so much for saying i deserved it :nice:. i don't know if i'd go THAT far, but when the roadie asked if i was a big coldplay fan, i made some sort of weird coughing noise/scream thing and went weak at the knees. i was gathering all the things i could have told him, like me being really active on this site and the postcards from far away project and getting in at the today show and being to the bakery and all that, but i think my weird noise and momentary unsteadiness got my point across and he just said "ok, then. i'm just going to need your original tickets." and i went :freak:. i couldn't believe it was that easy. when i was leading him back to my original seats to show him my original tickets, i was basically in hysterics, simultaneously screaming "OH MY GOD" and thanking him a mile a minute. he leaned into my ear and said "just try to keep it down, love. i don't want everyone up here catching on with what i'm doing!" :lol: there is a list of all the camera crew members at the back of the program, but i wish i knew which one he was. i would write him the biggest thank-you-note in the world, for the tickets and for the setlist he gave me at the end (which i think must have been guy's, because he was guy's main cameraguy, it seemed).
