oh she's pretty! i expected her to be pretty, of course, but for some reason i pictured her very differently.

*raises hand* OBSESSED! :D it's the only show i own every single episode of. my only complaint is that chase isn't in it as much as he has been. we need more aussie love on screen :P

philly perhaps, but it gets quite hard once i'm at school in late august. why aren't the dates up yet? *whines* ok, i'm not that whiney. but still.

well, it's the fact that i'm ALWAYS eating them now...i mean, i ate them before, but the fact that i have, um...3 cans under my bed right now makes my addiction a bit obvious. and the fact that i've bought them three times in the past two weeks. and that i kind of wake her up when i'm munching on them. it's a loud food, what can i say? anyway, i kind of want to write another story just because it was sooo fun the first time, but i don't have any good ideas. hmm.

sadly, she doesn't wave back. i suppose she would if she knew i was talking about her to my internet friends, but alas, that could get awkward. it was bad enough explaining my refound love for pringles. i was like "ohh, a friend's obsessed with them and reminded me how much i love them...yeah." which is true, but it's funny. anyway, she's usually sleeping when i'm on here, as said in justin's story.

this is my favorite chris/jonny photo EVER. you probably got that from my ever-present avi, but yeah :heart: even if it wasn't chris and jonny, i'd still love it as a photo.

i also find it hilarious that my roommate plays a tiny role in this...if she only knew! she's looking at me right now writing this..HAH. random, i know.

until i was 13 i was convinced i was going to be an astrophysicist working for NASA. that's all i wanted to do, and my parents did that (well, they're not degree-holding astrophysicists, they're engineers, but they worked for NASA). then i figured out that i suck at math, so i decided i wanted to be a US senator. i wanted to be that until i was about 16, and then i got really really interested in film. so now i'm on my way to becoming somthing in that field, preferably a screenwriter.

AHHHH! justin, that was GREAT!!! freaking hilarious. thom yorke as prospekt? calling everyone they know for help (including me and semy!)? liam gallagher being more than happy to take down thom? briggins going back to coldplay? brilliant. it's also quite funny that i'm a reoccurring character in some of these stories...:P loves it!

well, i was talking more on this board than from coldplay themselves, but there was some weird coldplay april fool's joke in the past that i didn't really get. i was just saying that we shouldn't believe every thread we read tomorrow, because i figure that there's bound to be one that says "NEW STAR--PROSPEKT POSTED VIOLET HILL" or something so we all rush over to the site and there's nothing there. or something to that effect :D

tomorrow's april fool's day...and we all know something ridiculous surfaces in this section on that day :dozey: i wonder if coldplay/prospekt is going to mess with us by posting something on the site? that seems like something they'd get a laugh out of. then again, if there's official, plausible news on the main site, like the tracklisting, i think i'll believe it regardless of the date. but if prospekt writes "screw it, we've scrapped the entire thing," i know they just like messing with us. anyway. i think we've just got to be careful of what we read on here tomorrow to avoid any needless heart attacks or explosions!

^room on fire is only 33 mins?! how have i never noticed that before? wow, i think it just feels longer to me because i love it so much. yes, as i said in some other thread recently, i don't care how many tracks there are, as long as it's more than like 3. i'm more interested in getting new music from the guys rather than being particular about how much and putting out my own stipulations about what's acceptable. yeah, we've been waiting a while, but who's to say that these 9 tracks won't be the best 9 tracks that they've ever put out? besides, i'm hoping for a decent number of b-sides as well, so when you put it in that light, we'll probably be getting around 60 mins or so of music by the time 2009 rolls around. they know what they're doing.

^it probably will be, which isn't good for me, I'm afraid :sad: i was hoping for them to do boston earlier in august.

^agreed. i just wanted to break 1,000 so i wouldnt look like a noob anymore, but now i don't care. some people will always do annoying noob things, but i think pretty much everyone has their moments...:P

i think this is in the wrong section... but killer film, killer soundtrack, killer book. i don't know if i've ever been that frustrated with a main character, and that's a good thing.
