Epic indeed. Though I feel it would be better if the first half of the song was expanded and made into a whole song. The second half is a bit of a let down...

Well, I think Cemeteries of London is a better song CB so no. :P But it is one of the strongest tracks on the album and my favourite. But sometimes I find that it's a little overrated. Many have said that this is their best song ever or the best song in this era, etc but I don't see it. It's a great song but not the best song they've ever written or anything. It's up there with the greats but not THE great in my opinion.

Using the blue one as it fits with the rest of the album more than the grey one. Have the blue one on iTunes as well. I actually want to put both in iTunes - bue for Side A and the grey for Side B - but it won't allow me. :(

Exactly! And that sample is such a small, tinny thing too. So I don't understand how they would not do the same for a big sample/music/chord/whatever. :inquisitive:

No. I find it's quite overrated to be honest. :laugh3: But there are many Coldplay songs out there (including their B-sides) that are better than CB in my opinion. :)

Oh it's not a joke. Erm...no. Don't think so. Everywhere I read is how MX is breaking sale records left and right so I hardly thing it's a flop.

Good: You can't seem to stop listening to the album or skip a song. It's probably the only Coldplay album where I have to listen to the album the whole way through instead of just listening to the songs I like. Bad: Too synth-y in certain songs. I wished I didn't hear half of the album before it came out. Wished ETIAW was dropped. Up In Flames

Part of me is hoping Car Kids would be just like Paradise just to see how many people on the forum will slit their wrists. :laugh3: Yes. That's why I can't get enough of it and want more. :P

Well, it was written for Rihanna initially because they decided to keep it for themselves so yeah, it's bound to sound like a Rihanna song. ;)

I want an EP too but something tells me that it won't happen. They've already released an EP before MX and I don't think they'll release another one. Of course I hope I'm wrong.

I've been listening to it a few times now but for some reason I can't seem to get into it as much as I did with Lungs or even with []MX[/i]. Don't get me wrong, I like the album but at the moment I think Lungs is better. Oh I agree! I miss the harps a lot in this album.

Well, I like it. I've been listening to it non-stop since it got released. Though, now that I've got Florence + The Machine, that would probably take over soon...until the next album come out (Snow Patrol).

I think we all knew it won't be a single this early in the release of MX. But it might be in the future though.
