Yeah, I don't get what the fuss is either. It's not very noticeable and it actually makes the song sound a lot better. I've got no complaints for it. Just be glad it isn't another Rihanna like duet. ;)

Maybe because it's too pop for a Coldplay song and it has a pop singer in it. Personally, I like it. One of my favourite song on the album. However, I wished it didn't have Rihanna on it. If they wanted her so badly, they should have re-release the song as a single with her in it. I hate anyone else singing on a Coldplay album. :P

Oh thanks! :D Sadly, I can't go for the Kasabian concert in S'pore. :( They are coming to NZ as well but I'm moving during that time (to the other end of the country) and it would be extremely difficult and expensive to go for it. Hopefully the next time.

Just listened to the album and nothing stood out for me yet. It took me a few listens to get into Lungs and fall in love with it so I'll give my final verdict on Ceremonials after a few listens. The only tracks that stood out for me on the first listen were Only If For a Night and All This and Heaven Too.

I still think X&Y is their weakest album. MX would be if most of the songs were like ETIAW. Thankfully it's not. MX is not their strongest album but I do enjoy it a lot and don't think it was their weakest moment.

It's interesting that Coldplay would credit/acknowledge Sigur Ros for using Takk as a sample in the song but not this chick. So it goes to show that they didn't know about it and it's just some really weird coincidence.

I actually like it. Though I feel it's more suited during the VLV era than this era. It has Spell A Rebel Yell feel to it. Though I wished Rihanna wasn't part of it. I don't like anyone singing on a Coldplay album. They should have recorded it without Rihanna and put that in the album and then release a single with Rihanna on it.

The one that bothers me the most is Major Minus. The rest sounds ok. Not that I like it - they could do without it of course - but the others like HLH doesn't bother me as much as Chris' voice in Major Minus.
