I don't agree with this, especially when they talk about the band's poor lyrics. Seriously? I think songs like UATW and MM have one of the best lyrics on the album.

CD all the way, baby. I'm a firm believer in buying CDs so I do that for all the bands I like. I don't mind iTunes (I have heaps) but a CD means a lot more to me than an mp3 version will ever will.

Both. I'm a firm believer in buying CDs but usually new releases are really expensive here. So I download them first and then buy the CD when the price of it goes down. Unless it's from my favourite band and I buy it the first day it's released. :P I think there are only a handful of album songs on my iPod that aren't from CDs. It's either because I haven't bought them yet or I can't find them.

I think it's just some freaky coincidence. Really. The boys wouldn't just steal some other chick's music after the whole fiasco with VLV. I can hear the similarities though - especially during the first few mins of the song. I've only listen to PoC once and it was the live version and already I picked up the similarities. However, I don't think it's intentional. I would like to believe that Coldplay won't do that.

I didn't even pre-order the album. I actually want to go into the store, take the CD down from the shelve, pay and walk out of the store with that CD in my hands. I do that for all my favourite bands and the feeling is something worth waiting for. :) Even with that said, the wait can be cruel. Lol.

I think the Shiver one is my favourite with AROBTTH a close second. Awesome job! :)

To be honest, I'm glad CB isn't the next single and I hope it won't be a single. It's such a superb song that the radio overplaying it would ruin the song for me - like they did with VLV.

I wonder if the original idea was completely scraped - i.e. not filmed at all - or if it was indeed filmed and the boys saw the final product and didn't like it. 'Cause that would mean that it's floating around somewhere and I'm curious to see how far away from the original idea this video was.

Hahahahaha! I LOVED it! I think it's awesome. So glad it isn't some depressing video about a girl. Too obvious for a video idea. This is so much better. Love that it's so random and silly and have nothing to do with the song. Just like the The Hardest Part video. :D

I love both versions. I'm a huge fan of the song (the minority I'm sure ;) ) when I first heard it. But the live version certainly made me love the song even more!

You're not the only one. ETIAW isn't my favourite song but I'm loving Paradise. I've listened to Paradise a countless times now but only about a handful of ETIAW. But maybe it would sound better with the whole album. :worried:

Eh. I don't see it. So they have 14 songs and short instrumental thingys. But the similarities end there in my opinion. Many other albums are like that so, no. I don't think they are similar at all. Sorry.

None. No one should be on a Coldplay album besides the boys. If they want to do a collaboration, do it as a b-side or something.

This is crap. I hate anyone else singing on a Coldplay album and to know it's Rihanna is worse! I cannot stand her and her voice. I love POC and to know she's on it, just ruined the song for me. I really really hope there's a version of POC out there without her in it.

I love it! WAAAAAAYYYY better than ETIAW. I've listened to it 3 times already! The only thing I dislike is the whole "para-para-paradise" bit. Too corny. I love the beginning and the instrumental bridge in the middle (not the Johnny's solo).
