What ever drug problems MJ had is irrelivant. I work in an ICU and we use Propofol all the time. If you are using that drug, you better have the ability to breath for your patient. Either intubate them and put them on a vent or at least an ambu bag and some oxygen. If you choose to administer propofol with out the ability to recover the patient, you are risking loosing you license and going to jail. Period end of story.
