  1. I do, and I remember being so, so devastated because I couldn't go -- which was made excessively worse after seeing what happened. Your best friend is really lucky. ;)
  2. Last time Coldplay were in my home state, I went to all of their shows, and I kind of promised myself that the next time they come out to Australia, I'll follow them around the country, then the time after that, go see them internationally. So that would be great, if it worked out you were able to see them while you're over there.
  3. Awww. What a bummer! That sucks. But hey, they'll be here soon enough. At least now you have the time to save the money it'll take to go to all their shows. :)
  4. I know, right!? The hardest thing is the wait. I'm really, really excited to see them in July. Woo!
  5. I don't think a new album release this year means a definite tour of Australia in 2012 -- I'm more thinking they'll be back here in 2013; between travelling the world over and the mini-breaks they'll take, I think that would be a more accurate assumption.
  6. That is so, so great! What an awesome night. Thanks for sharing, Mimi. :)
  7. Ooh, sounds interesting (and awesome). I'd love to do it, but I think my self-consciousness would probably stop me from participating. Way too embarrassed -- and also, camera shy.
  8. Ah, right. Thank you. For an hour and twenty minutes, that will be around 14+ songs, I'd assume. The concerts during the "Twisted Logic Tour" clocked in at around 17 songs over 1.5 hours, and for their last tour, pretty sure time on stage was almost 2 hours. Suppose we'll see soon enough.
  9. I thought they'd be playing if not a full set, at least close to. I thought the main acts usually took the stage at around 10PM and were done sometime near 12AM, if I'm not mistaken?
  10. Yeah, camping ticket seems more worth the while. And flights to Brisbane are relatively cheap, so score. My friend wants to go, so it's looking like I'll be heading to Queensland!
  11. Best news to wake up to! I'm looking at flights right now, but waiting to hear from a friend to see if she'll come with me. So excited!
  12. It is really, really pricey, but I'm saving my bucks. From what I've read, two hours sounds about right for ticket sales to exhaust. Every year since Slendour began, tickets have sold faster and faster.
  13. I am very, very seriously considering it, deaths_friend. I've been busting to get up to Queensland, and this is absolutely the perfect excuse!
  14. I hear that. Please, please, please, please, please be true. Extremely excited!
  15. I really don't think it matters what age you are, Chloe. :)
  16. Does that mean you're implying Coldplay are moving "around to other cities"? ;)
  17. Oh, man. I can't even tell you how excited just the possibility has gotten me! This would be so, so, so great!
  18. No, you're exactly right, which is why I said "most". Still, posting paparazzi pictures here is completely different to posting a picture that Chloe shared on her Twitter page.
  19. Melodies were great.
  20. The difference here is that Chloe has shared pictures like the one posted by maggy of her own accord. The one of Guy buying cereal that was asked to be removed was taken both without him knowing or having had his permission. At least with (most) paparazzi pictures, it's not like the subject doesn't know they are being photographed. I do think the cereal picture is rather harmless, but I can understand why it was asked to be removed.
  21. I think until proven otherwise, this is real. I actually really love it.
  22. It's absolutely incredible. Definitely know what you mean about the chills. The Live 2003 version of "Politik" gives me goosebumps, too. Especially the "Give me love over, love over..." part. Chris' vocals are breathtaking. (Listen to that part in reverse, too. I swear it will blow your mind).
  23. God, I absolutely love that opening from the Live 2003 version. And the solo type-thing he does? *faints* Oh, yeah. Have I mentioned how much I can't wait for this album? Seriously.
  24. 1:45 is Hot. As. :drunk:
