  1. I think that's because there's actually just 4 reviews of the EP, one of them being a 10. Don't think we'll get any more reviews but the general consensus seems to be that it's a step in the right direction after the mild/mixed reaction AHFOD got.
  2. don't worry. your seat is guaranteed.
  3. Anyone spotted any differences besides the intro (which I quite dig btw)?
  4. Unreleased song from the MX Era
  5. That review is such a throwback to both VLV and MX era. I truly enjoy reading all of them.
  6. I like it. I actually don't mind Big Sean's part at all. Maybe it helped that I had such low expectations for it. Totally love Will's vocals on it, hope they translate well to the studio version. Overall, this proves Coldplay can still make poppy songs without sounding lazy or uninspired. Funny to have a song exactly like that on the same EP (SJLT)
  7. On the 3rd listen right now. It's growing on me and I specially like the last part. Is it Brian Eno or another member singing during that part? Definetily the kind of song I would expect them to never play llive lol.
  8. Thanks for your efforts and I completely agree about the reasons you just explained. I hope they do a "By Request" small tour or even a concert one day in the future. I mean, Muse just announced a charity concert with that format.
  9. Pretty cool that the actually played Trouble instead of IMP. A little variety at last.
  10. I, for one, welcome this slight changes to the setlist. The MX Tour was pretty awesome but having the same setlist night after night made it kinda tiresome for the die hard fans.
  11. Still remember when the first legs of the tour got AROBTTH, Strawberry Swing, Shiver or Trouble? Good times, good times.
  12. does anyone know what V.T. could possible mean?
  13. MX happened, then GS and I guess AHFOD was the last straw for some of them
  14. While I do agree that the song didn't live up to the expectations after listening to the live version, I still think is amongst the best material the band has put out there since the MX Era (Up with the Birds, Moving to Mars, Fly On, Ghost Story, Hypnotised). I know it's very unlikely but I hope they keep pushing a little more in this direction.
  15. Same. Very atmospheric. I prefer the live version but this is better than anything on AHFOD.
  16. Just like most of the MX tracks, I prefer the live version more. Bass and guitar solo are classic Coldplay class, thought. IPretty sure it's going to grow on me just like MX did.
  17. Big Sean. ugh. But hey, A L I E N S should be pretty good. Oh and SJLT is the live version.
  18. Would be incredible but I agree with you, I don't see this happening until the band seizes to exist and even in that case would be a big maybe
  19. I totally think Major Minus could be an Oldplay song if it wasn't from the production. The live version is amazing, thought. Too bad they won't probably ever play it again.
  20. Top 3 would have to be Moving to Mars, Ghost Story and Fly On. Honorable mentions for Up with the Birds, AHFOD and All I Can Think About Is You (possibly).
  21. Hands down best song of the era so far. Can't wait for the studio version! If only SJLT wasn't on the EP.
  22. Yet it went straight into number 1 on Billboard Top 200. smh.
  23. Sadly, they won't. The song is a hit.
