NO!!!!!! I too have been picking up on clues (albeit from people or 'sources' who would have no idea whether or not Coldplay were coming to Australia except for the fact that they are due!) in the Age and Herald Sun etc. I missed them in 2006 and now I'm going to be in Exeter when Chris is in Melbourne...the irony is killing me!!!

Yeah I dont rate it too highly I was hoping for a full collaboration instead of just 20 seconds of Jay-Z with the lost rythym underneath. Although the lyrics are somewhat meaningful...they are only relevant to the music industry and celebrity life whereas I thonk CP had/have a broader meaning in mind

Lets face it Chris definately has the right to be cocky - online sales record and album sales records and amount sold in a week in many countries etc. Yet because he has, believed by some here, become more cocky, whether concious or not, is what surprises me and to a very minor degree disappoints me - no not even that, I just alter some of opinions of chris and as a result the group as a whole. I have found myself slightly cringing at some things that some things during recent interviews, something which I rarely if never found myself doing in the past.

Yeah I have to say I was about to post the exact same thing. Perhaps a gesture to the contrasting power and vulnerability of Britain and its capital London in the 18th/19th centuries, victorian era, and today.

yeah I doubt the correctness - if thats a word lol, of the lyrics, just because its just a hard track to understand. Im positive that the start is "fall/go to sleep, try to/got to dream" or something along those lines and then the second verse (after sleep satifies x2) "fall asleep, on me" But then again this is coldplay dont publish lyrics with their albums...they want you to derive your own meaning from what you hear.

I am addicted to this song...I mean craving it beyond whats usually reasonable - I'll be listen to something else on my iPod and then I'll, almost subconsciously, go f*** this im gonna listen to strawberry swing for about the 300th time...such a beuatiful song

now don't ridicule me for asking...but I have always wondered how big Coldplay are in the UK relative to the likes of Oasis, U2, Radiohead etc. etc. at their peaks or even now?????
