1. Viva la Vida 2. A Rush of Blood to the Head 3. Death and All His Friends 4. X&Y 5. Parachutes The first two are a toss-up though. To me, Parachutes sounds like they were writing a very good song and then got stuck, so it remained unfinished. It's just way too short. It's like the only reason it's even on the album is to keep the name.

Like I've said somewhere else, I discovered the big news by accident last night in the wee hours of the morning. I spent the good part of the one o'clock hour listening to it (a combination of YouTube and MySpace, since I had Viva la Vida on my MySpace and couldn't find it on YouTube). I listened to it in order and was blown away. I could hardly believe, first of all, that I was even listening to it, and second of all it's just brilliant. I must've been dancing like Chris Martin giving a performance for about half the album. It was awesome. All I can say is job well done Coldplay! A real magnum opus! Can't wait to buy the real thing! And that's all I have to say about that.

I thought it was a great twist that The Escapist turned out to be a version of Life in Technicolor. Of course I should've known! I'd already read way back that the same guy wrote them! I love the part in Death and All His Friends where the band just belts it out! "I don't wanna follow Death and all his friends!"

I was really looking forward to this song, and now I have been justified. Beautiful. Dark. Mystical. I love it.

Just spent the good part of the last hour listening to the album. It's all I expected and more. I have fallen in love with Coldplay's sound all over again. Every song is genius. Now I can't wait to buy the real thing. :lol: Cheers Coldplay! Bravo! Take a bow!

I love the song. It's a lot like their old stuff, so I like it all the more. Pure brilliance. Makes me think of a book I just read.
