Jon's live Tunings
I also think he is getting more tricky in his line in setups too. Im starting to become more convinced he splits his signal and dual effects them. I can see LiT [ii], LIJ and Strawberry Swing being different tunings. 42 has already been mentioned. He still uses the alternate for Scientist.

VIVA LA VIDA TOUR EQUIPMENT LIST
Jonny has added a lot of rack units to his system. The main addition the pedal he uses on Lovers and LiT ii. As well as some new distortion that has replaced his old ProCo. I imagine for the board they use high end compressors, EQ. Jon and Chris both have a MIDI Sampler keyboard.Same Yamaha Model I believe search this sub forum for the model number. Im not 100% sure the MIDI unit they use for it. It is a rack unit though, there is no way they would use computers. I also believe Will may have a hidden MPC somewhere on stage. Im not sure the mics they use.

Politik Live circa 2002/2003
I think its in the same Key as the song. It plays through the whole thing, kinda like the organ in Fix You

21 Jun-2009: General Motors Place, Vancouver, Canada - Tickets, Previews, Meetups, Reviews, Setlists
The closer the venue to more you pay. I believe Costco has event parking. There is event parking on the old Indy Track. I always park up the road by the Queen E. Its not to long of a walk. Plus it not like youre gonna get mugged with 20,000 people around. There is also Library Parking, random lots everywhere. On a side note, only 21 more days until this is the most popular thread on the site. And hopefully my Twitter updates followed around the world :P

My Disappointment With Coldplay Live...
Well for the everyday non-hardcore fan this set is perfect. Looking at it, I do love every single song being played. Sure I'd appreciate maybe another 15-20 minutes and some song rotation. I am seeing them twice in two nights. But also I haven't seen them since last year. I'll get, Postcards, LiT ii, Glass of Water, Green Eyes. And maybe some more. The shows I will see will be different then the one I went to. Which is what the Oracle said when they do change it up. Sure Im seeing the same tour, but I'll get some different things. You guys must remember they are appealing to the everyday concert goers, especially being in the summer. The hardcore, set list isnt well, feasible. Someone stated they like Viva La Vida and what not, but you want some older stuff. Don't mean to be blunt but, look at your ticket it says Viva La Vida Tour. They are in support of the Viva La Vida album. Just like Twisted Logic was mostly X&Y and A Rush Of Blood To The Head Tour was mainly AROBTTH and B-sides. Its business. From my standpoint, we are seeing Coldplay in their prime, and will be left with memories that will last a life time! Do not be disappointed, be happy.

Im getting into full anticipation mode here. I got Pemberton tickets 3 days before I saw them so this whole countdown thing is so new. Am I the only one stopping in both nights?

call hotels looking for the real name of Rodie 42. They wont give you Chris or the band...maybe a helpless roadie? Good luck.

LRLRL D/LOAD LINK! Plus REACTIONS/RESPONSE to LRLRL Live Album
Nope, it is a soundboard recording. R#42 says he records every show on his laptop. I remember it from the post after the Dubai show. The crowd was just that loud that the 4 vocal mics picked the noise up. Some were mastered. But to expect a Live 2003 type recording isn't justified. They recorded and mastered those songs specifically and place the odd crowd mic from the rafters. 42 isn't flat, its just not the best recording. Death Will Never Conquer is actually really good.

They played it at sound check. They wont play it for a few more nights. They'll add it before The Hardest Part.

LRLRL D/LOAD LINK! Plus REACTIONS/RESPONSE to LRLRL Live Album
Well Im here to talk good about it again! Viva La Vida is kicking @$$. The Bass is so much more distinguishable. Its rocking my room loud, I feel like Im there. The crowd did an amazing job, though I do believe its mostly Guy egging the crowd on at the start, and the end. 42 is absolutely brilliant. Coldplay has helped me continue the argument live Rock music is better

LRLRL D/LOAD LINK! Plus REACTIONS/RESPONSE to LRLRL Live Album
Coldplays Twitter says, try a few times. Coldplay If the link to Coldplay's free live album - http://lrlrl.coldplay.com/leftright.html - doesn't work first time, please keep trying. That is the correct link, but demand is huge and it appears to be taking some people a few attempts (we're looking into that). Thanks folks.

LRLRL Recording Locations?
Glass of Water was the one from Antwerp, I think at least, I hear two guitars. Some Coldplay isnt known for.

The Hardest Part/Postcards into Viva was awesome. By the way, all these songs are a guarantee live.
