Are you a Coldplay Couple?
Yeah, thats about all I share with either of them. Looks like Im not a Coldplay couple any longer though. The hardest part is letting go. And paying her back for her paid Coldplay ticket. One day I'll find my Coldmate :smug:

Where are all the good tickets?
It all depends on the Venue, City and the scalpers. I got what some will call section 3 row 4. Best tickets, I could see. And I was a second late on the refresh. Secondly, Coldplay does buy up a lot of the good seats...to give away to fans at the show. I have heard many stories about roadies being sent out, armed with tickets and Coldplay trivia in the venue. Questions are easy usually, but it helps make sure Fans get the good seats.

Are you a Coldplay Couple?
I am yes. Im the crazy one about Coldplay. She doesnt mind them, we are also going to the Vancouver concerts, and she would have gone with me to Pemberton if she didnt work. She cant listen to them like I can. Sadly she is the radio singles type of fan. Her best friend is the one I can sing, say Green Eyes at. We share a common love of Guy. The sexiest member of Coldplay. Right now though, I am seriously doubting we'll make it till the end of the week let alone the concerts in late June. Im going through personal stuff, and she just isnt able to understand it, I get mad and I think Im falling out of love with her. So Im listening to a lot of Coldplay as a pick me up right now.

A Coldplay song that truely means someting to you...
The Hardest Part - Describes perfectly what Im going through right now. I know there is a decision I need to make, but I cant make it. The Hardest Part is letting go, not taking part. The Scientist - Most beautiful song ever. Means so much, I think about my mom with this one. All the regrets I have there. Trouble - Sums up the end of my relationships perfectly. I never meant to cause anyone trouble, but I did. Lovers In Japan - My favorite pick me up song. Reminds me love is still out there and to not give up. Life in Technicolor - To this day one of the few Coldplay songs to give me chills. When I heard the opening notes live, I screamed my balls off! Easily one of their best ever. In my opinion their Streets, the song they will be remembered by. And almost every other Coldplay song.

Your Ticket Issues: Pricing; Availability; Seats etc (previously titled presales are bull)
Im still really pissed. Im going to give it a shot tomorrow, hopfully i can get something worth the money. Im just aiming at the front 3 sections Well I kept my shit ones. But I got within 3 sections. Pick up whatever comes first. Of the 20 or so people, I have the best tickets. I did it as fast as possible, and just bought the first 2 that came up. You'll get good seats! And to all you people with ticket woes. Just remember, no matter what, you are all going to see Coldplay! Dont let ticketmaster ruin it for you!

Same story for me. Got online right at 10 last friday, armed with multiple Pre-sale codes. And well i got the shaft. Now Im against the back wall. I was ready to raise some hell. I was upset, it ruined my day. Till they added the second show. So same thing, and I was qucick this time, 5 seconds at most. Well it payed off. Section 106 Row 4. This is in GM Place vancouver, 20 sections side stage being 104. So Im pretty satisfied with my new seats. I get to see them twice, two different angles. A true die hard fan in the nose bleeds. And a true die hard fan in the thick of things 20 feet away from the stage. Im sorry for your ticket woes. My advice, cant beat them, join them. I fully intend to install the programs they use, as to not get shafted for U2. I dont see the problem of an actual fan doing what they do to get tickets, and good ones at that. I say "Fuck you" to all you god damned scalpers, youre scum and should be ashamed of yourselves. Im gonna go, and have the time of my life. You didnt ruin for me, and you arent getting my hard earned cash.

Okay, so Im seeing Coldplay in June. 3 friends of mine all girls and me are going to see Coldplay. They share the Chris' opinion that Guy is the sexiest member. So I though, "Im going to make I  Guy...like the I  NY. Good idea?

What is your favourite Coldplay song today?
Same as last time. Lovers In Japan (acoustic), LiT ii and Viva La Vida

Saw them on Saturday- Had not realised how brilliant they are
Viva La Vida was written to sell. Im glad you realized how good they are live. I have the fortune of seeing them 3 times this year.

lots. But I havent seen to much online, not in the way of great seats. I got some good seats for Sunday. So did my brother, he got 109. Friends of mine got 111. So I think I have the best seats of anyone I know.

Open Letter to the Band
They are charging standard prices Im used to. Supply and demand. They can charge it cause you'll pay it. You pay it cause they are a World Act now. U2 charges the same, so do the Stones. Get used to it

Songs You Want To Hear!
I agree, I want the rock Talk and GPASUYF back. I'd like for them to just add more to the show. 25 songs is great, but when you have 3 short ones. A 45 second Piano instrumental it rounds out to 21ish. I want a 32 song set!

30-Jul-08: Calgary - Tickets, Preview, Meetups, Review/Photos
Care if I tell you a story? First off look at my signature. Three of those concerts before the two Coldplay shows were labeled Sold Out, and I got tickets. I'll start with the Police, I was online the day the tickets went on sale, but I was up against the world. no tickets, then I checked back often, then one day it happened. I got tickets! Damned good ones too! Foo Fighters, were sold out. Checked Ticketmaster often, nothing. Then my cousin gave me two for a Birthday present. Coldplay, well they played Pemberton, I could get no one to go. Sadly forgot about it, gave up. Then 4 days before the show got tickets to the Sunday! I changed my shift at work and got to see Coldplay. The moral here, dont give up! Dont buy those dirty bastards tickets and vindicate them. Wait and you'll get tickets, and if you do need to buy from a scalper, wait closer to the show, demand and price will go down.

Help regarding coldplay's guitars

People Who've Seen Coldplay Live:
Well I've seen them once. To be honest, I was very very disappointed. The sound techs messed everything up. Not until the acoustic set were they able to fix it. His voice was iffy, he relied on the crowd to help him out a lot. But then they hit the opening notes to Politik....thats when it all seemed right! Chris knocked it out of the god damned valley! The perfection of that once song was worth all the hell it was getting to the Festival. I just spent $300 on two concerts. I am only not looking forward to one show because of shit seat. But the other, Great seats great venue. And the greatest band on earth. GO! You will regret it if you dont. My dad told me, U2, Micheal Jackson, Stones all those bands he saw in their Prime were worth it. Not Coldplay, I simply replied "those bands you juts listed, aren't anymore. Coldplay is, these two nights will be to me, like those nights for you. Coldplay are the best live band in the world today. To see them once is awesome. To see them twice, I consider myself lucky. Three times, well, I'll be telling my kids about it." I say GO Go GO. Its worth it!

Well to re-assure all of you, Row 1 goes to real fans. Coldplay make sure of that. They buy them for every concert, then give them to rodies to go around and upgrade people, real fans. Based on trivia questions. Next someone said I hade seats in the 100s, GM Place has their seats labled like that. Acer arena is slightly larger then GM Place as well. Any lower bowl seat is better then my Saturday seats. Against the back wall! Nearly as far as you can get! Im also to parinoid about my seats as well. Section 106 is good right? Also I think the B-Stage is shorter then I thought...still Im happy with them, as I should be?

Side view isnt bad at all. I was side view for Foo Fighters. Afterwards, go down and hound the Rodies for Setlists and other swag! Yeah they'll go to a b-stage for piano solo, then an acoustic c-stage that can be anywhere. Usually between section 108-115
