The release of Paradise will almost coincide with Jonny´s birthday. Maybe it´s a super duper guitar song? Well I assume all are on MX :)

That's certainly fake: there is nor Princess of China and by now it is pretty certain it will be on the album. Besides I think Mylo Xyloto will be written spelled out, not as MX

I love cryptical words, so I'm biased about this title. And I think it really fits their current attitude to do what they want without thinking whether people will like it or not. What better way to express that than by choosing a mysterious title like this? plus it fits well with the rebel vs big brother theme. Every good secret society has a word code of their own :)

Now a little over a WEEK! Yeah!! Do you think we will get more detailed news about the release soon? It would be nice to see a cover, Pre-order option, a timeline, etc. Crossing fingers for more news tomorrow!

Mylo could not possibly disappoint me. I'm down with the music, the theme , the cover, everything. I started out quite sceptic, but the new material quickly won me over. I think they are as good as they have ever been and I can only agree with their perception of themselves as a band at this point. I know they gave everything to this album, so I'm so excited to hear the results. P.s. As someone noticed, they have kept changing since album nr 1. A rush was SO different from Parachutes and they continued like that with each album. It's incredibly hard to maintain your signature as a band while evolving on each album, yet they still manage.

I think they are going to keep th current outfits and theme, including laser lights and choreography, hopefully with some surprise additions. I think they look just fine in the new uniforms :) I love how they work with themes, paint their instruments and such. The more creativity, the better.

I like the idea of an exhausted Chris logging on in the middle of the night and deciding to write his chosen 13-tracks tracklist as a protest against the other members who just want 10 songs :) btw I hope he wins :)

We soon need some news, something concrete to talk about, otherwise threads like this will just keep popping up...:)

I am so not bored. I am super impatient! I guess we should enjoy these last few days, because after Paradise is released we won´t be able to keep up with all the news/interviews and what not.

I still think it´s gonna be under € 100...when do you think we will get to pre-order? When Paradise comes out?

I think there is quite a difference between bashing a song and bashing someone for liking that song...you´re certainly allowed to voice your opinion, but only as long as you respect others.

A week and a half to go! And then all manner of promotion/interviews/live appearances will start. I'm SO ready for this! Paradise: bring it on!

As always I think it's best to wait until all is revealed and then see how the title fits in with the overall album concept. Personally I think it's bold and adventurous to choose such a controversial title as surely they must have been known people would be raising eyebrows and scratch their heads. That said, I love that title and I always thought it heralded great things to come... But time will tell :)

Maybe this has already been mentioned: Noel Gallagher thought Coldplay were spectacular at Glastonbury 2011. In an interview with 6 Music, Gallagher hailed Coldplay's headline set on the Pyramid Stage earlier this summer. "I got halfway through it and said to the missus, 'They are having the gig of their lives here. It was pretty spectacular and the way they lit up the pyramid on the Pyramid Stage, that means no-one else can ever do it now,'' Gallagher said.
