I think both CB and HLH contain lyrics that fit with the "rebels against the world" theme. I definitely think it will be a concept album

It's a safe bet to assume ETIAW will close the album as it closes the gigs. I think it would be a great closer as it really contains the idea of the album: rebels overcoming adversities. But best to put out all your ideas as quickly as possible now cuz Monday is getting nearer :)

Strange how the acronym for a title can cause so much criticism :) I'm amazed at the increasing ability of this forum to criticize :) I personally don't care either way if it's Don't Let It Break Your Heart or something else. We now have established for some time that Coldplay likes to deal with emotions so such a title would not surprise me and I would definitely hold my judgement until I ve heard the song and see how it fits within the album concept. If we have to speculate, at least let's keep a positive outlook as well as a critical one.

I don't think it's very important but I might be wrong. For me it just means that all they produce and make is made under one roof: by a group of people in the same building/organization. Maybe also a hint to the rebellious nature of the material as previously hinted.

I think listening together with other people is overrated. Most of the times I did it , it turned out to be a disappointment. Much better to listen to it alone and allow your own emotions /feelings about the songs really envelop you without gauging other people´s reactions and wondering if they feel the same

I don´t expect anyone to like EVERYTHING Coldplay does, but to be honest I do remember this forum having a much more balanced negative/positive posts in the time before MX. I think the negativity has really escalated after the new era started. I can only hope it will end once the album is actually released.

I wish people would stop comparing anyone to the Beatles. As a band they found themselves in a time where pop musical territory was unexplored and set out to revolutionize music as we know it. No modern band can ever have that advantage again. That said, any band that boldly reinvents itself can be rightly compared to the Beatles and I think Coldplay continue to be very very brave.

I thought the whole VLV was a tear-jerker. It was stunning and its beauty ni remember crying as soon as Cemeteries of London started :)

I predict that if it's an download only track, I'll have to buy this one too twice like ETIAW, because I don't want the album from iTunes but will Pre order the deluxe limited edition. Now it would ne nice if they opened for Pre-order on Monday and give paradise as instant download to those who buy the physical album on the official web page. But I guess its too much common sense for EMI

For once we europeans get something first. Boo-hooo...I have lost count of the times I am getting to see things after they were released in the USA.

Ah wouldn´t that be sweet! Considering ETIAW was probably sold twice to just about anyone....but I don´t think Paradise will be free. I think EMI will milk all they can out of MX.

I tried to vote but I can´t decide at all! At least not a single one. I like in somewhat equal measure Major Minus, Every Tear and Charlie Brown. So no voting here, which I guess is a good sign :)
