  7. :curtain: Bonsoir! Merci beaucoup!
  8. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7J6r2IsQIGY]YouTube- R. L. Burnside - It's Bad You Know[/ame] Good evening! Do you know this song? From "Sopranos" maybe? I  it! Fingers crossed, Antonia!
  9. Glad it worked. You're welcome!
  10. SueDeNimes replied to Megalomania's topic in The Lounge
Yes!! I took this picture in an internet cafe in Arras, the day after the Main Square Festival. The internet cafe itself was hard to find and when I finally found it I was confronted with this chaos! It was so hard to type my password even, let alone a sentence!
  11. I posted the interview here. Have fun listening! :nice:
  12. Haha, I can see you had a great time! :laugh4: And 1st row is great!! It's also good to grab the barrier to not be taken to the back during the crowd's moshing. That was my experience at the Kasabian concert however. :uhoh:
  13. Oh my, that's a lot of money!! Well, at least you can look at them there. Haha, yes, all the articles and concert ads make you yearn to go there again even more!! Just in case: A subscription for a year costs only 44 GBP, delivered to your door in Germany, it ends automatically after 1 year. :awesome:
  14. Haha, yes, inbetween they played it. It's so cheap but catchy... that dirty voice! No worries, I edited it out. :)
  15. It depends on the kind of version you have. If it says "transcoding" that's usually a good sign. It will take ages though, so be prepared (a couple of hours)! If you have a full version installed on your PC it'll burn just fine, although if it's transcoding already you're past the menu-creating step. If your version doesn't support the transcoding however (which could still be possible I think - is there a progress bar??) you have to convert the files to .vob using one of the programs I mentioned above and then select those for the DVD.
  16. ^ As long as that won't give him ideas for future stage clothes I'd be fine with it.
  17. I have a subscription, it's even not that expensive!! Before that I bought it every time I've been in the UK or the lovely Carol bought it for me. Can you get it where you live? Nowhere available here!
  18. No worries, I'll link to it in here. The file's still exporting, total of 17:35mins so it won't need that long to upload. I love BBC Radio 1!!
  19. Editing the ads and songs out, I'll post it in SP MM once it's up.
  20. So the new one? Did you already get it? I'm still waiting for my copy. Hurry up, mail man! :whip:
  21. I have no idea if that was the whole interview... I'll leave the recorder running for a little longer. I'll edit the ads and other songs out if that wasn't it. Or should I leave Alors on danse in? EDIT: Ok, it goes on.
  22. ALORS ON DANSE
  23. June 1, 2010 - submitted by MARTIN, Denmark Q. How come you very rarely play Gravity? In my opinion that is the most beautiful number written ever!!! I'm sure it also has a lot of feelings connected to it, as I'm sure you simply can't write something that beautiful without deep feelings... The Oracle replies: Once the single was released by Embrace it was more their song than Coldplay's even though it is theirs originally of course. I'm pretty sure they haven't played Gravity live since 2002 apart from a brief time in 2005. Around that time it was performed live, recorded and released as a b-side for the single Talk.
  24. June 1, 2010 - submitted by Ben, United Kingdom Q. What do you think about our ESC winner Lena? =) Best regards from Germany The Oracle replies: Well, I have to say it's a great little pop song and one million times (if not more) better than the worst UK entry for some time which wholeheartedly deserved to bomb and come last. This country has so much musical talent and we end of with that excrement? Baffling. Anyway I do have a comment to make about the whole Eurovision Song Contest winner... Lena's song was available as a download back in March and has been number one in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as appearing on iTunes charts all across Europe - including Ireland. I think that is a massive advantage as it's already a huge hit. It was a deserved winner even though in my opinion I think it's time for a complete overhaul as it was pretty dreadful as usual.
