Could it be that you have problems with your back? Last year I had several dilocated vertebrae and I didn't feel any pain in my back but I was feeling dizzy, weird and sick from time to time. I couldn't sleep, I had no appetite. But it wasn't constantly like this, only from time to time and then it came in shorter intervals. In the end I almost had a gastric ulcer and lost 8kg of weight. Then it was found out that it was dislocated vertebrae causing all these discomforts!! Hope you'll be feeling better soon! :hug:
