Russian singer stole Coldplay song.
fsa (look 5 posts above) already found that Wiki link where you can see that all 4 are credited, so it's not like he actually "stole" the song like said in the title. :)

[11-June-2011] Coldplay @ Pinkpop Landgraaf festival, Netherlands
33 days now. I'm actually more looking forward to another concert in August at the moment... Well, just regarding seeing Coldplay, not meeting some of you. :) It's high time for the guys to give us *something* so I can get in proper excitement mode. :disappointed:

You DON'T have the X-Factor, U.S. tells Cheryl Cole
Alejolo's post is the first post that's actually "on topic". Bit weird to ask someone to stay on topic when there actually wasn't even a discussion about it to begin with.

Flexible phone made from electronic paper to debut in Canada
Wow, that's interesting! Thanks for the article. I'm curious if we'll ever hear about it again though. Did you read the actual article? http://www.hml.queensu.ca/files/chi2011LaheyGestureFlexDisplay38%20FINAL%20FINAL.pdf It's about the bending. An actual use is not yet possible and seems to be hard to realise in the future. This is a part of it:

Why do you like Coldplay?
I suppose you need to view it from a neutral point, so here's a start: At concerts: The band is always trying to make you feel like they actually want to be there. Not just playing their set and then go without saying a word. In other countries Chris always tries to address the audience in their language and refers to something from their city or what's up in the news or current events and sometimes they cover a song that has to do with the location of the concert. He talks with the audience and all around they make you feel like you're part of something special happening. To get closer to the audience in the back they played a couple of songs at another little stage at the opposite end of the stage during the last tour and therefore managed to make a stadium gig feel somewhat more intimate. In public appearances: Their current website is really incorporating fan's input. Have a look! There's the Oracle (you ask questions and the Oracle answers - it can be Coldplay related or not) and the Exhibition Room (art entries displayed) for example. Those make the fans go to their website on a daily basis, very clever haha There are blogs from behind the scenes written by "Roadie #42" who provides us with infos from the studio and what's happening on tour. There are competitions to win unique items in every newsletter and they gave away a free Live CD to every concert goer after a gig on the last tour. Some songs were available for free download from their website as well. That was a lot of sentences starting with T hahaha Apart from that they're always giving funny interviews and once you look a bit more into them you see that they're not "depressive" as they're seen from an outsider's point of view but indeed very likable and funny people. They are involved in many charity events and take Oxfam people with them on tour and want to make you aware about injustices in the world. How they became successful: Do you know the album Parachutes? Listen to it and you'll know :P Seriously though, it's a beautiful album and Chris's voice is one that stands out. The lyrics speak to many people on an emotional level. I'd suggest you go to their website and work your way through the Timeline, that'll help you a lot!

[10-July-2011] Coldplay @ Oxegen festival, Ireland
I've seen Chelsea's tweets about that. :\ Do you know why they moved it to Friday? Happy to hear though you can change flights... here tickets are usually non refundable! Unless you're totally rich and pay like 3 times the amount to be more flexible.

iPhone tracks users' movements
And look who wrote it! I'm using Android so Google has all my data and I don't want to think about what they do with it... :uhoh:  But this looks promising for iPhone owners: Apple corrects location tracking 'bug' with IOS 4.3.3 Still tracks fanbois, just not as much By Chris Martin Thu May 05 2011, 10:40 MAKER OF SHINY TOYS Apple has released version 4.3.3 of IOS for Iphones, Ipads and Ipod Touch devices to correct tracking issues. Apple has released IOS 4.3.3 for owners of its Ithings to fix what it has called a location tracking 'bug'. The new version reduces the size of the cache, no longer backs up the cache to Itunes and deletes the cache entirely when location services are turned off. This release follows the discovery that Apple products were tracking user's locations without their knowledge or permission. Researchers discovered that the devices were recording the longitude and latitude of the device with a time stamp. They also found out that the location tracking data stretched back as far as a year and seemed to start with the update to IOS 4. What's more, the data was stored unencrypted and backed up to the user's computer when synchronised with Itunes. Now with IOS 4.3.3 the cache is no longer backed up to Itunes and Apple mobile devices won't log a year's worth of data. Supposedly now Apple's Idevices will store only a week of location data. Apple had said that its products were not logging user's locations but instead were simply collecting a database of WiFi hotspots and cellphone towers near the device. It said, "This data is sent to Apple in an anonymous and encrypted form. Apple cannot identify the source of this data." The fruit themed company did admit that a bug meant the device would still continue to send WiFi and cell tower data even if location services were turned off. This appears to have been sorted out by the latest IOS update. Although they might seem small, these three changes to IOS might make Igadget owners happier about the situation, giving them more control over the data stored on the device and therefore, some peace of mind. http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2068125/apple-corrects-location-tracking-bug-ios-433

Ask the Oracle on Coldplay.com (Now in session!)
May 5, 2011 - submitted by Alberto, Mexico Q. Hello oracle, please answer me. Is this a Coldplay song or is it a cover? The Oracle Replies: It's a cover. It was at the Isle of Wight festival back in June 2006. If you listen, Chris says about having only just learned it and having to play it because "he" didn't. "He" refers to Lou Reed who had performed earlier missing one of his more famous, popular hits (Perfect Day) off the setlist. I've talked about this before but head over to our timeline and you will see a hand-written account by Guy and there's also an audio clip that starts a few seconds before the video clip you sent. It makes a little more sense.

Ask the Oracle on Coldplay.com (Now in session!)
May 5, 2011 - submitted by Ayesha, United States of America Q. Dear Oracle, I don't know how to motivate myself anymore. I've been having a really rough 2 weeks, and every time I say I'm just gonna make the best of the bad and make it good, something else happens that just puts me down. I feel like everything I do is pointless, that I try too hard for nothing or I try too hard and end up screwing everything up. I don't know what to do. Ayesha The Oracle Replies: Pick yourself up, dust yourself down and keep going! This is life testing you and hard as it sounds, try to think it can throw all it wants at you but you're not going down. Or if you're going down, you're getting straight back up again. The key to this is to not feel too negative about it. It's a challenge but try and see that for whatever reason it has happened, it must be leading to a better place eventually. Maybe you're trying too hard at the things that aren't as important as you think? Maybe you need to look again at what IS important to you. Ok so this is turning into a Life Coaching session but try to go along with me here and take smaller steps. You're letting everything overwhelm you so take it a little at a time in more manageable bite size pieces. I find writing lists is really useful. It means I can prioritise and there's a certain satisfaction with ticking things off when you've achieved. Life isn't always plain sailing so weather the storms as best you can until you come out the other side.

Help with Window Updates.
Did that work now? Hope you can get it sorted. I had similar problems with updates before as well but in the end it always worked and it hasn't happened since I installed the service pack! Alternatively you can do what I suggested here: look up the event protocol, copy the error code and google it.
