Thank you, an X&Y lover! and i agree, there is no point making the same stuff, look at how bland Nickelback is. That is why no Coldplay fan likes them! :P It's all the same. I hate hearing 'Coldplay sounds the same', because those people are ignorant, they have to listen to all four records in order and then try to make that comment

I agree. I thought it was an interesting choice for release, we were all so sure one to be G.O.W. But yea, last one for sure, another would be too many

What I do not understand is how people dislike X&Y IT IS SO GOOD. The record stands out from the previous two and though it may be long, it's a nice change. Every song flows very well and you can listen to it completely. Now, with Eno, I don't think they should get rid of him. Why would they? It is by far their best and most unique record and the changed direction that he's produced has only been positive as fans have wanted more and more. He's also helped make this record something Chris wanted to, something everyone can sing to, this element can be found in every song, if you look for it. apart from Reign of Love. Keep Eno, just like U2, Coldplay were looking to stand out, they since have, so why change that?

NO WAY wow, that's sad, but hey more music from Nick, and I can assume Ashcroft will put out another solo. Reading this really disappointed me because I thought they would, but I mean, after a break-up and 10 year hiatus, things would be too good to be true. I thought they'd at least have one more record in them, but Forth was decent enough to keep me satisfied.

Really? GO! Don't miss out, I did when they came to Toronto, but now I have to see them! and yeah, nine tracks will be awesome. They said all the extras will be b-sides or released some other way, which is amazing as well!

Yes I agree, this album is really making my anxious. I'm also hyped about Editors new record, but they pushed that release date to October from September! (N)

Keane has a punch and they are unique, Perfect Symmetry was the best song of 08 from Q and they won something with the album. However, the Fray, the singer, similar. He can't do much with his voice like Chris can. I didn't mind the first couple singles until they became overplayed and just annoying, and the second album shows how un-original they are, self-titling it and all

that one is brilliant

It reminds me of Weird Fishes. and I think it's not a new direction, but an expansion off of In Rainbows. it doesn't feel like they're recycling sound. maybe the addition of more orchestral elements
