  1. The encore remains unchanged. Last song of the night!
  2. They're a little more excited for Fix You, but still... very unimpressed by the crowd.
  3. Here's the final test to see if the crowd truly fails... if you can't get up to Fix You, then you just can't get up at all.
  4. Here comes the encore... let's see if Clocks leads it off again. High odds that it will.
  5. Yeah... I don't think it's that the audio isn't doing them justice. This crowd is just lame. It is after midnight there, but still... it could be 4AM and I'd be going nuts for these guys.
  6. Here it is... the coolest thing Coldplay has ever done at a concert. Wow.
  7. Speaking of transitions... one of the coolest transitions ever will be coming up after Politik, as they go into Viva la Vida. If you didn't see it at Glastonbury, prepare for awesomeness.
  8. A bit shaky on that transition from Us Against the World to Politik.
  9. I don't know... Moving to Mars has a level of epicness that few other Coldplay songs match. I still love Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall, though.
  10. So glad I got to watch this... loads of awesome! It definitely gets me pumped to see them in person again. :D But... four songs from Parachutes and only one from X&Y (only because they can't not play Fix You)? Wow.
  11. Honestly, I hope they never play Moving to Mars live. I can't really explain it, but there's something about this song that just doesn't allow them to play it live. Doing that would almost take away from the incredible mystique and beauty of this song. It's hard to explain... perhaps you guys will understand what I'm saying, though.
  12. Wow. That's all I can say... wow. :o Exactly... that's why I instantly loved it. Not that I didn't like Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall, but it was so different from the Coldplay that we know and love. This is what we've come to expect from them. It's a shame that this song likely won't be on the album.
  13. Wow... thank you for posting this! I would have completely missed it.
  14. Based on the part we heard in the 60 Minutes interview last year, I figured that this would be a calm, low-key song. I had no idea that Christmas Lights would be so epic. Excellent song to get us all even more pumped up for the new album.
  15. Not really. Considering that we had nearly 100 votes in the championship matchup, I doubt that there would have been many more had there been a second day of voting. One day was plenty of time for people to get their votes in.
  16. Wow... that's one heck of a coincidence!
  17. It's all over! Fix You defeats The Scientist in a narrow 49-43 decision to win the title of "Best Coldplay Song Ever"! Thanks to every single one of you that voted, and thanks to busybeeburns for some good advertisement to make tournament play heavily-participated and exciting.
  18. Sorry for being a bit late, folks... but Saturday's championship-deciding matchup is now ready to be voted on. It all comes down to this! Fix You and The Scientist will battle it out to earn the right to be called the greatest Coldplay song made thus far. Let the final showdown begin!
  19. If there was a third-place game, I think you'd get this matchup. :P But hey... there's still a little over seven hours to go. You never know what can happen!
  20. Agreed on the championship matchup prediction... but we are only two votes amongst what will most certainly be many! P.S. Since you're apparently from Denmark... Caroline Wozniacki = gorgeous. :D
  21. Friday's semifinal matchups are now ready to be voted on. How about this! Both pool play rematches in the quarterfinals went the opposite direction... most notably Clocks (which was my pick to win the whole thing) losing an absolute heartbreaker to The Scientist. 61 votes, and it came down to just one in a 31-30 decision! Now, we're down to just four songs... it's definitely wide open.
