Closest show is not close at all. I'm hoping they may add more dates, though I did just get to see them in November. Of course, I'd happily go again and again!! @Heatseeker (I'm sorry, I don't remember your name :shame:), is the Frames 20th anni tour something that's definitely happening?

Thanks for posting, Rania! I'm pretty much a Glen/SS/Frames novice, so Red Chord was new to me. it was beautiful. Last Goodbye is one of my all-time favorite songs and it was lovely to hear Glen's take on it. :wacky: He conveys so much emotion in his performances! :wacky:

I just found out they're playing a special showcase at SXSW next Saturday and METRIC are opening! :dead: Too bad you have to have a badge or wristband to get in... I live 20 minutes away from the venue and won't be able to see them!! :( I guess I'll just have to be content with seeing them in Dallas and Houston a few days before :)

I forgot about the island-under-water-thing. :thinking: Interesting. Also, were Rousseau and Alex ever on the island? We know Ben and his dad were, but left. I don't think Ben is "dark". I think he's being seeing all this crazy shit and nothing is turning out the way he thought/was told it would. After this episode I *want* to believe he's good (well, as "good" as he can be, anyway), but :shrug: :dozey: was that really necessary? and when did Alex talk to him under the temple and what did she say? I have a horrible memory and really can't remember what happened there. Was that when he was confronted by smokey?

Hmmm... I see what you're saying, but I see the death thing a little differently. Maybe I'm taking it too literally, but I thought Richard meant that he couldn't kill himself; not that he couldn't die. He wanted Jack to light the dynamite so it would be someone else killing him. Jack was not afraid to do it, because if what Richard said was true, he knew he wouldn't die either- he wouldn't be able to kill himself because Jacob had touched him. I do agree with your theory about the AR. It's their lives w/out interference from Jacob. It's interesting to see how some of their lives are vastly different; while others only marginally. do you think Ilana is like Richard? Has been around a loooooong, long time? oh, and another interesting idea I read on that forum: What if the candidate is not Sun or Jin, but Baby Kwon?? :thinking:

^I agree, it was really excellent. Michael Emerson was awesome the entire episode, but the scene with Ilana was incredible. and I agree with what you said about Widmore... it did seem as though maybe there would be an attack of some kind. the scene with Richard and Jack was also fantastic... seems to me that Jack has had some sort of revelation (he's at least admitting to himself that his presence on the island is important) and now he seems to be morphing into a man of faith, rather than science, as he was before. and finally... I was just skimming thru the episode discussion on that blog I mentioned before and someone had this to say: I thought that was really interesting idea. oh, and so I guess Richard arrived on the island on the Black Rock, many, many, many years ago? The Black Rock was the ship Jacob and MIB were watching approach the island at the beginning of the season, right?
