New Coldplay.com Layout
The puppets are getting a bit "beat up" looking...I wonder if they will continue to travel next tour? Also, someone mentioned they get a butterfly icon for the coldplay.com website, but I am still getting the VIVA icon.

I need to have a Viva tour DVD so I can relive the concert over and over again! I so hope they put one out.

I found this at the gig last nightwhat is it?
Lucky find for a fan, but sad that the person who was awarded it has lost it. I'm sure they'd like a souvenir for all their hard work throughout the tour. I would keep it for myself if I had found it though.

TORONTO PIT CREW 2011
I am definitly digging the flag idea - not so sure about the glow in the dark paint. But that's just me.

Satriani case over???
Definitly a bit disappointed that they may have settled. As it was said before, it kind of looks like Coldplay is admitting to wrong doing by paying him off (if that's what happened), so the haters will jump all over this. I suppose if they can afford it and just want to put the whole matter behind them and move on...

"LeftRightLeftRightLeft" Free Live Album Mailing Exchange Thread
I would love to be added to the list for needing one. I am in Halifax, NS, Canada. I went to the show in Toronto on July 30, but didn't get one because I forgot and went out a side door to escape the heat and long line. :( thanks

How hardcore is Coldplay fans? Queing.
I would suggest going as early as you can. I recently lined up for the stadium show in Toronto for 3 hours and was able to get a spot with only two people in front of me before the stage. But anyone who had been there for 10 hours were all in the front row.

I am suffering a bit of withdrawal. But it's getting better. I think I just had such a let down feeling the next day because I had been so excited for so long to see the show. And then it was over. :( However, it was extremely awesome to be there. And I agree that seeing everyone's pictures and videos is great. I really enjoy seeing other points of views. Especially the ones where you can see the whole floor because I was crammed up front so I couldn't see much else of what was going on behind me. Not that I'm complaining about my spot! And anyone who hasn't posted any pics should try to soon so I can see some more. :)

The second song is actually called "Mirrorball". It's on their latest cd. I bought it a few days before the show and so I was able to know some of the songs. They are great! I am always glad to find new music I like to listen to. I also think I remember hearing/reading somewhere that when Coldplay first started out they either opened for Elbow at a show in the UK. Or they were both equal billing. Funny how times change!

Now for some pics: I couldn't get very many good pictures of Jonny 'cause I was too far away, and the one time I did get a good shot he moved last minute so all I got was his shoulder.

I tried to add a video but I'm not really sure how. I see someone said how to add pictures (the sun and mountain button), but how do you add videos from you tube?

WOW, what an amazing experience! I didn't get in the line up til around 4:00. But I was there when security tried to put the second line back into ours. I was about 5 people back from "the purple girls" and was part of the pack hollering to make sure they cut the line in the right spot. I was luck enough to get a pretty good spot in front with only two people between me and the stage!!! I think I was in shock the whole time...I kept thinking "I can't believe Coldplay is right there in front of me!" LOL The music was superb and the pit atmosphere was great! I also liked how the pit sang happy birthday to Will and he acknowledged us before Chris had the whole arena sing. The only bad part of my experience was that I got stupid and totally forgot about the LeftRightLeftRightLeft cd! DOH. It was taking forever to get out and my back and feet were sore from standing for soooo long that I ditched the line and went out a back door. It wasn't until I got back to my hotel that I remembered! Of course I downloaded the album from their website ages ago. But I was still looking forward to having the actual hard copy. But other than that the whole experience was beyond words! I am now off to set up a you tube and photo bucket account so I can share! Thanks everyone for all the pics and videos. It's great to see other points of view and angles of the show.

TICKETS FOR SALE OR TRADE [2009/2010]
I have one ticket for sale for Thursday's show in Toronto - floor seat, Section A2, Row 10. Will sell for $120. I was lucky enough to get a GA ticket so am looking to sell my seat. Problem is that I am coming from Halifax, so if you are interested in buying we would have to do the sale at the venue while I am in line. If you are interested please email: [email protected]

I have tickets in A2 so I have to enter through gate 10. But I was thinking I might come by early and take a walk around gate 6 to meet some of you fine folks. Anyone have any thoughts on what area they drop the butterflies? I am wondering if I'll be able to get any in my section, or if it will mostly be over GA area.

I'd be willing to print some of the flags but as I'm flying from Halifax I don't want to weigh down my luggage too much. Maybe I'll just bring a handful or two. Should there also be a plan as to when we display the flags to the band. Obviously if we all do it at the same time it would have more of an impact. Do we do it when the come out or after a certain song? I think we could SO do this.

What about if everyone who wanted to recognize each other could just hold their printed flag? I loved the flag and am also planning on printing and bringing one. Though I don't know if they'll see it from A2.
