  1. I'm completely for the lets not think about it anymore:P
  2. Weren't there a 100 people on the boat? And there are only a hundred copies that already go to friends and 5 fans, so I don't think that'll be enough. So I kind of ruled it out already
  3. 2GreenEyes replied to Whole World's topic in Coldplay
You know it's not really possible to imagine that situation because they are very english in some aspects and it just wouldn't be the same people if they weren't English, which doesn't mean that if someone from another country made this music it wouldn't be populair.
  4. Well as AnnaElisabeth said, it's not bad to use songs they don't release as inspiration. As someone who writes songs I can say I use ideas from songs I didn't like all the time because it's a waste to let good ideas go simply because there are also parts of the song you don't like. That doesn't make a song bad, the only reason you now think it's bad is because they did play Wedding Bells once.
  5. Can I keep the fish eating the boat in the Christmas Lights clip and the coloured piano in the clip please :nice: or is it not possible to keep things from a song someone else keeps?
  6. Well the song comes out at 8, and the first interview is on BBC so I'd say, start with BBC
  7. I so love this song! And it's not like they take a christmas song less seriously than other songs or something, it could be an album song any day, it's so beautiful and it's noticeable that they worked very hard on it. I could listen to it all day! And we can be heard! OMG :D
  8. woaah I can see myself in the clip on coldplay.com *dies* :freak: at 0.34 :D
  9. Okay, I have to say, I loved it so so so so so so so much, but I hate myself for not going to South Bank afterwards. It's not about not meeting them, it's about having the chance to see them record a video and meet them and not having been there. That's just killing me right now. But I'll be fully recovered when I see the video. Again, I thought it was amazing and no faults on their part in my opinion, I just should've gone to the damn shooting.
  10. I just arrived! Not seen anyone I recognise yet, you guys sure wrote a lot since last night, did I miss anything important?
  11. Okay, I'm gonna take off, see you all tomorrow 3:30 or 5 pm! Can't wait!
  12. It's not the same bus unfortunately, I'm in one an hour later departing from another city. I'll be at the hostel around eight am. I know I'll feel so much less stressed when I'm finally there:P
  13. Ah you're already there! must be so great to be there! I'm totally freaking out, I'll be taking the bus of 23:00 and arrive tomorrow morning early. I still can't believe this.
  14. I have some coloured pencils and things like it, I'll bring those to the pub. (is this an unconfirmed pub we're talking about or can we confirm to go to the Anchors Tap, would be good to know :nice: )
  15. I'm in! For any meeting on thursday or friday really. In the group we also discussed having a drink before the boat trip, to sign thank you cards. Last suggestion was 3:30 pm at the Anchor Tap, which is very close to where the boat will be. Edit: I'm traveling tonight, so I won't have any internet or twitter when I'm in London I will have a phone.
  16. Seriously, I'm sure all 100 coldplayers will demand the boat to wait for Ian and Jen, and I don't think they'll throw us all of the boat and go on alone:P
  17. They figured us real big fans would put up with that without warning:P Better give us something great in return :P
  18. I think both are best at what they do. If they we're both trying to make intimate emotional gigs or both trying to make the grandest and musically most perfect gig then there would be a winner, but the bands have different priorities when it comes to there live shows I think. To get intimate and emotional gigs it's good that it isn't perfect and that they're fooling around and improvising lyrics and that they have a B and C stage. Chris could go for not running around quite as much and not improvising and not fooling around and all such things and it would be better musically perhaps, but it wouldn't be good for the show at all because it doesn't suit coldplay. They both just do what suits them and the band, and that's great because it gives us 2 brilliant shows and still different! Hope that makes sense:P My own preferation is Coldplay, but that's because I'm much more a Coldplay fan than a Muse fan, and I'm more into emotional gigs.
  19. I love Yes, it's a great song! hugely underrated!
  20. OMG I can't wait for the album! This is such great news, now I wish I could go to those festivals, but it's going to be to expensive! :(
  21. there definitely should be! This is all so crazy, I won't be able to believe it until I'm on that boat! And even then it will be surreal :P
  22. great! I was searching for this too, thanks for posting it :D It's my keeps
