They wont ever drop Politik.... its one of their favourite songs as well as the favourite song of many coldplay fans. And of course they will play nearly all songs of MX. Also they will never drop Violet Hill or something..

Of course the album. I am really, really, really looking forward on this one. Im interested in hearing those live songs in studio quality... the best moment will be when I put the record in my player, put my headphones on ( Sennheiser HD 800 ) and listen to the full album as a concept album, like Viva La Vida. It will be a brilliant masterpiece, again. Its very important to see how the songs fit in as a whole :) Sorry for my English.

Well, I won´t say "you have to make this like that" and so on...but if there is one big thing, that I am missing... it is Chris Martin. Not one song of all the new ones is able to show what Chris has got. Its more like "talking" than "singing". Where are those epic singing melodys? Where are those high notes only Chris can sing? Hope you understand what I mean. But I believe it won´t be a problem for LP5... I don´t think Chris will hold back like in the latest songs on LP5.

So guys, please, please, please help me out: Here in Germany they will release a CD on June 27th with Every Teardrop AND Major Minus? Right? Worldwide on 27th?

Hey there, I am playing Keyboard for several years now and at the moment I am trying to write my own song in the style of Coldplay. I mean their new style shown in Germany. I know the instruments sound crappy because it´s all selfplayed with Keyboard, but what do you think of this idea? It´s just the beginning. Would love some feedback here. I think it´s very realistic... Im sure we won´t get any infos now. Maybe in 5-6 weeks some more details for LP5 but nothing else. And I really doubt that they play the half album 3 months before the release is near... so: Yep, I´ll laugh, too :)

You are right... maybe really none of the new songs are on LP5. These songs were a bit "rocky" and this makes sense for those rock festivals in Germany and others in Europe. So maybe thats not even the style of LP5... oh gosh I should not think about it too much...

Well I think Charlie Brown und Major Minus will be on LP5 for sure... if not, the album must be awesome if they throw those songs away... but it´s really bad to hear the album is far away :( Really was hyped for it and thought of a july / august release :(

Well the questions is, will other songs be on this album? Yeah they played a few songs in Germany, but I bet at the end only 2-3 songs will be on the album... I think maybe Charlie Brown and Major Minus... because the other songs are not as good as I would think for a Coldplay Album. Because at the moment we all think every new song is an album song... which I bet is not. What do you think? Why should they leak half of LP5 when the release is not near... not even the title is clear... also Chris Martin said that they have like 50 songs and they had to decide which to put on LP5... and if not even EtiaW is clear... then I guess we will see a whole new album. AH, come on Coldplay... just tell us what it´s all about and when to expect LP5... this here sucks -.-

I think it´s a good song... but it´s a bit short and in my opinion there is no real highlight in it. I love songs like this from Coldplay but this is bit too "normal". Just my opinion. Maybe I won´t say that again after listening to the studio version... hope this will be very soon, though.

I gave it a 7. On the one hand I could give this song a 9... but when I look to some infos for this song and read "Artist: Coldplay" this is not a 9 anymore. This would be a 9 for any other band ;)

You are so right. I bet if you would change some aspects in this song ( just one more guitar to making it more "acoustic" ) it would be an OMGWTFBBQ single again for most here. But I see your point. Yes, it is a bit too pop-like but just wait til this fucking album arrives... I am pretty sure Coldplay knows what they are doing.

It´s difficult for me... I voted for Charlie Brown... especially the part in the midle is so great... but after all I hope these songs are NOT the big one´s. I really, really hope Coldplay holds the big hits back... because be honest: Those songs are nice but they are not... well... difficult to say with my bad English skills :D They are not as brilliant...as BAM-like as the other albums... especially if those are the big deals in LP5... What do you think?

Yes but on the other hand I think it would be a good closer. Close an album with such a positive way, like they finished the gig yesterday, is awesome. But I know what you mean :)

Guys, honestly... this is Coldplay´s work and not mine or yours or ours... THEY decide what to put on THEIR work... some people forget that you dont have to buy their music. It´s their dream they are writing for and if you like it: cool. If not, well, then not.
