  1. kinda has this vibe imo edit: except she's standing on the Paramount Pictures mountain instead
  2. I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be able to attend the Philly show. I was hoping to meet some of y'all there... But, I will still be attending the Chicago show.
  3. Maybe so, but it was a full grown adult (a/k/a her dad) that actually pushed the intercom button and asked if Chris was there. He's not a 16 year old girl so he shouldn't get any slack, imho. edit: ^ lol same response at the same time
  4. :surprised: Wow, an answer from Mr. Roadie himself!
  5. You rang? One of the things that I don't understand is why this Toby guy said his name, and especially why he volunteered to check where Chris was. If security was freaking out about it, one would think this Toby guy would know better.
  6. About 24°C and sunny both today and tomorrow. Perfect weather for the Woodward Dream Cruise!
  7. Lions all the way, man. We've got Ziggy and Kickalicious now.
  8. Since it would be a private (person-to-person) sale, I'm pretty sure yes you can sell it on to whomever you want at any time. In the short time between the "purchase" and the company catching the glitch, my husband and I were debating what we would do with it. If we put it up for $900 or something, there would be oodles of willing buyers instantly. Keep in mind, Michigan is a very hunting-y State. Although we might have kept it, since it was a shotgun and we were considering going to that place for clay target practice anyway; it would have saved on rental fees. Apparently ammunition is the most expensive part of any kind of target practice though, since you blow through it so quick.
  9. The title of that article is slightly misleading; at first glance it sounds like a teacher shot a student. Really, an instructor shot a teacher. Of course, I'm not saying that it makes the situation okay; but (sadly) that's probably why I didn't hear anything on the news this morning. edit: re: guns... This was this. I wasn't actually looking to buy it; we were on the range's site to research archery/clay target classes, when I looked at the online store and happened to notice the $0 price tag. Later that day they sent me an e-mail saying they canceled the order and fixed the glitch. It would have been simultaneously scary and lol if they actually sent it to me.
  10. Not sure of the exact number, but it's at least 20. wait what for real if so, when did this happen
  11. agreed 100% And I thought about it a little more (my original response being gingers / redheads), and I think the "obscure" characteristic that I appreciate / find attractive is well-proportioned upper legs. Not huge and obscenely muscular, just nicely meaty. I couldn't figure out how to phrase that last part, it sounds so wrong.
  12. NO :snobby: j/k WELCOME BACK/HERE!!! :awesome: I want to watch all of the new episodes right now. :|
  13. There's a new guy at work that sits across from me. After awhile, I noticed that I've never witnessed him having lunch or a snack or anything. Furthermore, he doesn't even have water or anything at his desk to drink. Sure enough, during conversation with me and some of the people around us, he said that he doesn't eat anything for breakfast or lunch, he only eats dinner. :freak: I don't know how he could do that, especially considering he's an avid runner. It blows my mind. How does he get enough energy to run? And that can't possibly be good for your blood sugar levels, right?
  14. I've realized over the years that I have a thing for gingers... although that's not really obscure. If that's not politically correct, then redheads. You know what I mean. I'll have to do a little more thinking about whether there's something "obscure" that subconsciously appreciate.
  15. Receiving an e-mail from a business indicating that my purchase for $0 was cancelled because the price of $0 was a glitch on their website; so they refunded the $25 shipping fee that was charged to my credit card when I made the purchase. Although admittedly it would have been even more lol if they actually shipped it to me, considering it's probably worth about $1500.
  16. That's a good possibility. Although I think that would drive Hank bonkers that his arch enemy (Heisenberg a/k/a Walt) essentially "get's away with it". That's exactly what I was thinking (all the way back at 5A ep 1). It will be interesting to see if it pans out like that. I'm going more toward the route that Walt ends up turning on Jesse. With all of the sneaky things that Walt has done up to this point to mislead Jesse in some pretty evil ways (not saving his gf, lying about poisoning the kid, lying about Mike being alive (and actually killing him))... I think Walt's going to cross that tiny line in the sand and actually get Jesse straight up. Then he'll just complete this little Shakespearean tragedy and kill himself with the ricin (partly because he doesn't want to die from the cancer). I'm really curious to see which one of us ends up being right. edit: Oh yeah, and... HAVE AN A1 DAY!!! lolol
  17. Gaaaah, last night's episode! I didn't think that Hank would confront Walt so soon! And they confirmed my suspicions (from the beginning of the season last year) that Walt's cancer is back. In regard to him retrieving the Ricin, I think he's going to use it on either a) himself, or b) Jesse. It's pretty awesome that they're having a "Talking Bad" series too, similar to "Talking Dead" with The Walking Dead. :awesome: The guest last night though... she was getting on my nerves.
  18. ^ lol okay now they need to auction off that piece of paper to raise money to buy enough food to feed the hungry characters so there will be no more games
  19. YO you have the ability to edit posts now, so you can get rid of my tellin text within my post :smartass2:
  20. Batman used to be Twisted Mind
  21. I haven't been visiting the Lounge much the past few days so I haven't noticed. I shall check it out later for funs. Somebody should make a happy thread like "Hey, Batman is a mod!!!"
