The Avengers 9/10 Seriously awesome movie, knew exactly when to take itself seriously and when not to. Got some epic action scenes plus intelligent writing and genuinely funny jokes. What more do you want in a superhero movie?

My prediction is that LP6 will continue the trend of being big and bold and vibrant like the last two, in order to make a 'trilogy' of such albums. I expect they'll probably continue to work with Brian Eno, though maybe he'll be less involved than with MX. Most likely it will also be somewhat influenced by music from other cultures (maybe African or Arabian as Mrk suggested). It will also probably continue the theme of being inspired by some kind of art style - like how Viva was inspired by 'famous old painters' and MX by the White Rose movement. Then LP7 could be the one where they downsize and return to their roots, but also take into account everything they've learned from Eno in order to continue to move forwards as a band.

That might be a lot, but the first 3 albums sold a lot more. It's probably to do with the fact that the band changed their direction so much and the general public didn't find it as accessible as the last 3. X&Y remains their biggest selling album to date I think, unless MX has overtaken it already...

How do I actually get access to the pre-sale? I thought I would get an email or something but I have nothing... :( edit: nevermind, just seen the facebook message :)

It'll be my first time getting concert tickets so I don't know how it all works. Is there a limited number of tickets available for the pre-sale? If so, how fast will I need to be to ensure that I get some? I have an exam at the exact time the pre-sale starts which is why I'm a bit worried. :confused:

I'm going to see if I can persuade my mum to let me go to one of the Wolverhampton shows for my birthday! I'm so excited that I may actually have a chance of seeing a band this year! :D

It's the closest he's been to doing lead vocals though. Even if it is only one verse I wouldn't say he's never done lead vocals on a song.
