No, this is perfect. Why stop at Glee? Why not allow their music to be used for random car commercials now? Or being used as intro music for TV shows? Why don't they just endorse an official soft drink while they're at it?

2011 is interesting in that there are a lot of quality albums but no definitive one. At this point, you could really make an argument for any of 10-15 albums being AOTY.

Truly curious how the Coldplay fanatics will spin this story.

Radiohead on SNL in 2000 was amazing. One of the best renditions of National Anthem ever and Idioteque wasn't too bad either.

Why don't you like Clive Deamer? I'm not saying he should officially be a member of the band but he's a great drummer and really adds a lot to the songs.

Unfortunately, it's not limited to SNL. They have sounded off on Lotus Flower at both Glastonbury + FTB. I would love for them to prove me wrong but so far, it seems they cannot really play Lotus Flower live. Of course, a lot of it has to do with Thom Yorke choosing to dance like an idiot everytime he performs this song :rolleyes:

Thom Yorke sounded pretty bad for most of Lotus Flower. Staircase was pretty good, more sinister sounding than on FTB. The band will probably do better on Colbert Report... hoping they play Bloom :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems the OP was making the point that there are only 3 songs left enough to change his opinion about MX.... there won't be any real surprises once the album is released

At least 0.5 point differentials is somewhat understandable. Some people though are getting quite specific, assigning scores along the lines of 8.6 and 8.9. I'm curious how they decided one album is better than the other by exactly 0.3 points. And why stop there? Why not just specify the albums that gets an 8.7? What about albums scoring 8.825? :rolleyes:
