Maybe they did not want to be credited... They might like Coldplay and their work but be reluctant to be prominently associated for fear of fan backlash (from their own fans, eg Coldplay are not "cool" enough)?

I agree on this point, but they both need someone a bit less emotional/ more naturally sunny to go the distance... They both have an emotional depth and darkness to them that we all can see, love and appreciate, which suits the degree of emotional depth the other has, but put them together and it probably gets overwhelming/ out-of-control. Besides, the age / life cycle difference... :P I don't know them of course but Liam Hemsworth or someone like Bradley Cooper (if he wasn't taken) would probably suit JL (at least a better fit). For CM, idk - I used to think a more regular girl like what the other 3 guys have / had would suit him real well, but it doesn't look like he's inclined that way - he really seems to like to fly high like Icarus and touch the sun :)

That's why she is Coldplaying.com's Coldplay Fan of The Year lol... :D Although geez @Stephie you'll be close next year... Look at your concerts gurl!!! I'm envious (in the nicest, possible way)... :nice:

She is such a good and talented actress, and seems quite down-to-earth... She deserves that bit of constancy in her life and some longer-term happiness (and so does CM). Idk I might be totally wrong lol but this does seem to be something that she would like in her life, which she is searching for. I so :rolleyes: when she ended up with CM... Seriously, the both of you, wtf? Although it was ok for a rebound I guess...

Marc, I am sorry to hear that you are giving away the running of this website. Many of the older fans who have been around here for awhile remember the big drama and chaos when Ian (aka busybeeburns) and Jen called time on their running of this site (and the boards) - thanks for saving us then and being this site's and all Coldplayers' guardian angel the past couple of years - you have done a magnificent job and been a real :angel: for us all! I am so grateful that you stepped in when you did, and this has allowed this website and so much of it's history (and fandom) to continue on these past few years - I hope all of us here never forget that. You deserve a medal from Coldplay themselves for keeping their fandom alive. THANK YOU MARC!!! :heart: Stephen, :drinking: to you mate! You are taking over a site with a lot of history and passionate fans - I hope you will find this experience rewarding and not too daunting. All of Coldplaying (and arguably the band themselves) owe you our gratitude and I am grateful that there is someone else taking over the site so Coldplaying can live on. I think that is a guitar effect.... You can get a similar effect pulling a bow across violin / other string instruments... I discovered that it makes for a very effective airplane landing sound :D Done in a more controlled manner and a bit more know-how, I think that will give you that "squeeze horn" effect - Probably with a metal side or something like that
