Yeah, I know we've seen it, but holy cow. Sex, sex, sex...

I mentioned this to my sister and a couple of others who watch it religiously, and they all say similar things. Basically, they say be careful not to compare The Voice too much with American Idol or the X-Factor which seem to have Simon Cowell or Simon Cowell-like people who are more mean spirited. I don't watch any of them and have only seen bits and parts, but maybe Chris finds this one a little more constructive than the other two which seem to feed off of negativity both musically and physically. Or not. It could be a promotional thing. ? Who knows. I don't have a basis for comparison, but this is what I hear. I've been very interested in finding out more lately ... for some reason. :kiss: At any rate, the good news is that if it really irritates people, they don't have to watch it. That's not said with any sarcasm.

Yes, Chris does what Chris wants to do and I just think he has a passion and enthusiasm that lends him to do many things. IMO, he's worked hard enough and put out enough good music, treated his fans so well and has done so much for them (and the world) and beeen involved in enough charity work that he shouldn't be thrown to the wolves or be cast off by fans for just being an adviser behind the scenes on a tv show. It's just a tv show. It's not my favorite thing either, but it's Chris, and I respect him a lot for everything he's done. It's really hard to please people all of the time. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and this is just mine.

When you don't like The Voice but will watch it anyway because Chris will be on it.

I'm not a Voice fan, but at least he's not a coach or on it for an extended period of time. Just a special 'adviser' position for a couple of episodes. I think Chris is ruled by passion for music, and we know it's not about money.

Not crazy about The Voice, but at least he's not in anyone's shadow, it's across the board and it's special just for him. All of that aside, my Lord, the man is g.o.r.g.e.o.u.s.... :dazzled:

I loved it from the beginning - it's simple and sweet. But the more I listen to it, the more addicted I become. This album can't get here fast enough!

This is the first time they've been out as a band playing new songs, especially livestreamed for the universe to see, in a long time, so personally, for the first time, I think they and 'Midnight' were pretty freakin' great. I'm sure every song they play live for the first time needs to have some kinks ironed out. I was hopeful they would play it because I was very curious how they would pull it off with the effects and such, but all in all, I found it very interesting and very enjoyable! I love the song, it's haunting and different.

Oh Lord, that ... very low cut ... white t-shirt..... I had to laugh because we can't really even see anything! But all he has to do is stand there, in the dark, his back facing us (I know, that's a good thing in and of itself) and just appear wet, and fangirls all over the place fall out of their chairs.
