Coldplace - Coldplay Tribute Band
Agreed as well. I really don't get the idea behind tribute bands, especially tributes that are of bands that are still active.

[06-DEC-2014] BMW Welt, Munich, GER
Congrads to those who got tickets. Enjoy the gig, I'm sure it will be absolutely amazing! For those who didn't get tickets, unlucky. There was always going to be a lot of disappointed fans so at least you aren't alone. Keep trying though, a fair few tickets went on sale for the RAH shows before the gigs. This gig is a lot smaller, but there might be a couple of tickets.

[11-Dec-2014] BBC Music Awards, London, UK
Haha, fair enough. Think Sam Smith will be one of the TBC acts, his schedule looks clear for December and he seems to be playing pretty much everything at the moment. I'm not a fan of his personally, just heard Stay With Me way too many times for my liking.

[11-Dec-2014] BBC Music Awards, London, UK
Agreed, he's superb live (from what I've seen on YouTube). I was thinking about going to The O2 too, decided not to for the good of my bank balance, but I hope to see him live for myself soon. As I said, my dream would be an U1R show with Ed. Chris likes Ed, so who knows?

[11-Dec-2014] BBC Music Awards, London, UK
I'm a fan of his whole album, Don't and Thinking Out Loud included. Annoyed he didn't come to Cardiff on his UK tour though (probably because the Motorpoint Arena is terrible compared to the other UK arenas)

[11-Dec-2014] BBC Music Awards, London, UK
1. Ink (If it is the next single) 2. Magic 3. ASFOS. That will be it I fear. From what I've read, it's sort of a review of the last 12 months of British music, I'd be very surprised if they play any non-GS stuff. Also, it's a 2 hour show and more acts are still to be announced, so I can't see a iheartradio-esq set. (Oh, and I think Ed will perform Sing and Don't.)

I could have gone easily, but I'm going to give this a pass. I want to see Coldplay and Ed Sheeran, but none of the others appeal and they probably won't play that many songs, 1 or possibly 2 at most. Plus I'm planning on going to the Brits in February, I think they might perform there too. I'm going to hold out for an U1R show, hopefully they'll do another one of those and invite Ed along.

Thoughts about 2014?
It's been a year of epic highs and the lowest of lows. Highs: Saw Coldplay live for the 1st time which was absolutely incredible. Without a doubt the best concert I've ever seen. I went to Tokyo for 10 days over Easter. Tokyo is absolutely insane. It's completely different to Britain, but it all works if you get what I mean. Seriously, if you ever get the chance to go to Tokyo, for goodness sake go! Japan is such a beautiful country. I only saw a small section of it, but it was still incredible. Mount Fuji is beautiful too. Also, I remember I was on the underground in Tokyo when I found out Coldplay were touring (and I happened to be in London on the day of the gig) so that was great. I went with my school, so to have the experience with some of my mates was great. I want to be a journalist when I am older (I'm 17 now), so when I managed to get a work experience placement in the BBC, you can imagine my joy! It was incredible to get an insight into one of the biggest media corporations in the world. I'm currently learning to drive! I'd always wanted to get behind the wheel of a car myself and this year is the 1st year I've been able to do so. Lows: Absolutely flunked my AS Levels this summer. They were an absolute disaster. for some subjects, I over revised for some subjects, had too much I wanted to write and ended up running out of time and for some exams I under revised and ended up doing badly. I'll be resitting them next summer. However, I've definitely made the next year of my life the toughest I could possibly have made it. I'm putting in my application for University next week, and my AS results will make getting into uni a hell of a lot harder. Few friendship issues. I've always had friendship issues really. Basically, my "friends" never invite me anywhere. They aren't true friends, but because I only realised that recently, and it's my last few months in Cardiff before heading off to Uni and because I have so much work to do because of my terrible AS Grades, I haven't been able to make new friends. It's a shame really, but it's not long until I get a new start. The next 12 months are going to be tough. I turn 18 in February which will bring with it a lot of responsibility and I will be entering the fun and games that is the UCAS System (University and Colleges Application System) and if all goes well with that, I will be heading off to Uni next September. I am looking forward to it. I'll be moving to either London or Manchester (again, if I get my way) so that will be exciting. I've been looking forward to leaving Cardiff for a while now, and that is finally near!

The Sims
I had Sims 1,2 and 3. Trouble with the 4th one is that it seems a bit... weird. As such, I chose not to get it.

Do you prefer Ghost Stories with or without ASFOS?
When I went to see them at Royal Albert Hall (2nd July), prior to performing ASFOS, Chris said "You can't have the sad songs without the happy songs". I think that sums it up perfectly. ASFOS definitely brightens up the album, as the Oracle said, it's"the light at the end of the tunnel; a happy ending of hope if you will." I think GS is a much more complete album with ASFOS than without it. Is it just me or doesn't the poll work? When I try to vote, it says I am not allowed to vote?

Just finished it. What a great album it is!

Should the Band Play the Half-Time Show?
The Superbowl is the perfect opportunity to promote something. Besides ASFOS, I don't think any of the GS Material would be suitable for the Superbowl, so I say Yes, but only if they have something new to promote.
