A few of my friends work in Brussels so I was glad to hear from them that they were safe.

Now, at home, I'm watching the news on television and it starting to get to me how horrible it all is...

But we can't give those terrorists what they want, fear must not win.

Just like the people in Paris, we Belgians are determined to go on with our lives.

Colorado has the craziest weather. Yesterday it was 70°F (21°C) and today we are having a blizzard and are gonna get around 8 inches (20cm) of snow.

The news people said we would get 4-6 inches (10-15cm) of snow....theres 17 inches (43cm) of snow in my backyard and it's still snowing
