But although I dont understand exactly whats going on, parents can hurt you more than anyone or anything because you are born with these people and you have no choice but to trust them. They become your world until your an adult, and they are 90% of an influence as to what kind of adult you become. When they dis-obey the natural trust and bond you feel with them, your world crumbles.

Jeff, you're doing great already. Just keep letting everything out, and whatever you do, don't hold it in. Trust me, time doesn't heel wouds, it just infects them.
