I didn't really wanna be the person to break to everyone but it looks like I may be the only one to realise it at the moment

This board is losing its touch, I'm the person that thinks that too. Loads of people have left that were "main members". I admit, I wasn't nessercarily friends withy them all, But other people were and there upset about it

Another thing i've realised is that the board has suffered way too much damage, Mainly being:

-The whole DaveG thing

-Hackers

-Arguements with certain members

-Newbies coming then fucking off

 

I don't want anyone to blame anyone here, I want everyone to keep their opinions to themselves for now. Basiclly, I just want people to post ideas of how we can fix this place up, I respect Ian, Stephan and Jen a lot for making this board possibl;e, I've met some great people here and i would like to keep coming here, But because of what i've listed, I'm not sure it'll be possible anymore

 

Once again, I'm sorry for breaking it to everyone, I would apreciate it a lot if people didn't just spam this thread, As this may be the only thnig keeping this board alive for now

I made this thread becasue its the truth, I would write a list of names down to prove it, But i'd prefer people to come and say themselves as i don't like breeching privacy

I agree jak, most of the oldies are gone i was one of them but i try to visit here at least 15 mins eveyday when i have time :P

I totally agree Jak. I dont see how anyone whos been here more than a year could disagree, as the standard of this forum used to be way up.

 

I did used to have a lot of fun in my first half of my stay here. Even the fighting was good (I found my old battle with Ren earler, wiiiild stuff :cool: ) and the jokes, general atmosphere of the place, is completely unmatched with now.

 

Now theres like a rhythm missing or something, its really not looking good. :cry:

I wouldn't say its dead, like all other message boards its evolving and different people come and go as their interests and lives change.

Plus, personally, I think its the calm before the storm. Once the new album is out and the tour is underway there should be plenty to get this place buzzing again.

Y'see like I was just saying to Jak, the new crop of people from Coldplays next album could either be full of newbie assholes, or nice friendly music fans.

Thats shocking! Theres nothing on that board at all except for one topic in the general forum which has 100+pages :o

 

But sticking to the topic, we still have some old members here, but admitably they dont post as much.

 

Its a shame as before this place RULED and we didnt even have to worry about making it better.

man ive been on this site for awhile and ive met some of the best people like \/\/\/\/\/\/David for instance...the board is what you make it... so MAKE it interesting
