I found it in a dictionary.. "The yellows"? This is in the dictionary as well. It's also called "a disease of dirty hands" or something like that. Your white part of the eyes gets yellow when you've got this disease.

I know it's a bit cruel, but he may be right, cause you know, the pen falls down on the floor, it's in your bag (which I doubt to be desinfected :lol:) and then you put it in your mouth. You should stop this habit ;):)
