June 28, 200520 yr Was anyone watching MT2? Coldplay were on a tv show just now where they had to guess what artist is on a Coldplay fan's playlist! They got all of them right except on one persons! Haha! :lol:
June 28, 200520 yr Author Yeah it caught me by surprise too, I saw it by chance. The guys were really good... one CP fan would say: "On my player I currently have Radiohead, Oasis and....who?" and Coldplay would debate on who it could be and say "Blur!" and such...it went on for a bit with different people, they got about 12 right and one wrong! :lol: They know their fans so well :D
June 28, 200520 yr Author A regular Coldplay fan would give the guys 2 bands that they're into (aside from Coldplay themselves) at the moment, and CP would have to guess the third. They did a great job I think!
June 28, 200520 yr Oh my goodness!!! WHEN EXACTLY WAS THIS ON?! What was the name of the TV show, if you can recall? My good friend and I were one of the twenty or so people that they picked to tape and ask Coldplay the playlist questions...so I'd really love to see it to see if we were shown on TV. The kids who were chosen to ask Coldplay the questions were mostly the ones who won tickets to see them perform at Live Leak. They filmed the playlist questions two days before the filming of Live Leak. On that day, the fans chosen to attend Live Leak were treated to attend a listening party to hear the album in its entirety nearly three weeks before its release.

June 28, 200520 yr I actually had my mom watch it this morning (since I'm at work all day) and she said that I wasn't one of the ones chosen =(. When I was filmed, I said my favorite rock bands were Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers and U2. My friend said his favorite songwriting groups. I was, however, focused in on during "What If" and "Clocks" as part of the Live Leak concert that was shown earlier this month on MTV and MTV 2. And I even got a hi-five from Will and Jonny after they bowed! Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to bring cameras with us into the studio and couldn't ask for autographs after the performance. Nevertheless, it was an AMAZING experience.
