Wow, what a beautiful a cappella rendition! That isn't easy to do! And the lead singer's voice sounded nearly identitcal to our man, Sufjan. :nice: Thanks for the linky.

Ok so Sufjan fans here is something new, just performed on the 29th of September, it's brilliant and very different from anything Sufjan we've heard before. The song is sweeping and epic along the lines of Chicago but goes further, it's like a film score at points with the gigantic orchestral sounds. It is the theme for his fall tour, and is one long piece of music (at over 10 minutes long).

Wow, so I don't know how this happened to me. I thought Sufjan's tour had already passed thru my State, then I look online today (read: just now) to find that he's not due here for another 2 weeks! So I visit the ticket site which says there are tix left, and get this bright glimmer of hope that I might able to go after all! But after bouncing around and calling friends to see who wants to go, I phone the venue to find out there isn't a single ticket left. :cry: I would love to hear him live, if now only to hear Majesty Snowbird. Thanks Rad-Cold for the mp3. Now I can listen to it to my little heart's content. :nice:
