Yo La Tengo is da bomb.

 

I had a teacher a year ago who knew Yo La Tengo. It was weird. He was talking about some recording equipment or something and said "I have these friends who use this, they're in a band called 'Yo La Tengo,' you might have heard of them." And I said. "UHH.... UHH.... YEAH!"

First off, excellent to see "da bomb" again. Man, that sure brings me back.

 

And second, you had a teacher that knew Yo La Tengo. Damn, now that's cool. :cool:

Wow. For a minute there, I thought you were from New Jersey.

 

That really didn't have anything to do with the band...it was more related to my craziness and stuff.

I have Summer Sun which I've heard some of and liked it.

 

From what I know it seems like the album "I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One" is the album by them that people like.

I've ordered myself the best-of album to see what it's like :)
