July 16, 200619 yr Will: It makes a difference when you've got people that are trying to get interesting answers out of you. Guy: (on the phone) An entertainment magazine? OK. Will: You get so many that are just... really crass, asking really stupid, pointless questions. Guy: (still on the phone) The thing about pizzas, it's the thinness of bread which makes a good pizza. Will: It just makes for a bad interview. Guy: (still, on the phone) Dodgiest musical influences? That would have to be Genesis. Do you know who that is? Phil Collins, yeah. Will: There you go. :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: Perfect editting! Jonny: I always forget my pass... *is walking to the... back stage I think* Security: Can I see your credentials, please? Jonny: I don't have mine yet. I'm in the band. Security: I'm sorry. Jonny: It's OK... I'll show you a picture. Security: Do you have a photo ID? Jonny: Yeah. Security: Mind if I look at that? :laugh4: ... but whenever I watch that it irks me. Heeeeeere's JONNY! Now let him in for goodness' sake!! 'Martin will disclose only two things about the album title: that it refers to the "tension of opposites" and that it was chosen over "The Outstanding Pectorals of Guy Berryman."' ...:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4:
July 18, 200619 yr I found this video at . the caption was "everything sounds like Coldplay now". I found it amusing at least lol.
July 27, 200619 yr Quote from "Enough Rope" interview... (Classic Chris Martin) CHRIS MARTIN: Coldplay is for people with great taste, intelligence, incredible good lookingness, talent, ability, success, grabbing of life. Coldplay's for people who know what life's about. They're always entertaining. Delightful to talk to. Sweet, charming, incredibly good in bed. Virile. They have incredible success with girls, or boys, or both. They're generally just the world's best citizens. Maybe I'm biased, but I'm definitely right.
July 30, 200619 yr “It's very hard to find things that rhyme with North American Free Trade Agreement.”[Chris] "I send my love to Liam. We're not in a fight with everyone - except George Bush.” [Chris] “Our Canadian fans are extraordinary — we love Canada.” [Chris] "In my mind, when God made women, he did an amazing job. I think girls are just perfect." [Chris] ^^:D "We do work incredibly hard – we have spent a lot of time touring, especially in America – but we're constantly surprised by how well things are going for us." [Will] “We don't want to be as big as U2. I like U2. It's a band that still makes good records. We'd like to make a couple more good records.”[Jonny] “I'll take a run around the venue and right past all the fans, and nobody realizes I'm running past them,”[Guy] “I think I've kind of got the best position. I get all the benefits of being in one of the biggest bands in the world and have a certain anonymity as well. So I'm perfectly happy with the situation.” [Guy]
July 30, 200619 yr “It's very hard to find things that rhyme with North American Free Trade Agreement.”[Chris] Maybe NAFTA would be easier to rhyme.lol. Nice Avi BTW. I used to have pretty much the exact same picture as mine!
August 9, 200619 yr Interviewer: 'What's up you two? Are you in love?' Chris and Jon: 'We are' (Chris leans over and kisses Jon on the check.) Does someone have this video pleeeeeease :)
August 12, 200619 yr from live 2003: roadie guy: "its cold out there, theyve got the heaters on." guy: "ive got a t-shirt on, this, this, and this." roadie guy: "oh, and that makes you a big man, does it?" this always cracks me up for some reason.
August 12, 200619 yr hahah i love that whole live 2003 dvd tour diary....i think ive watched it a million times and i still die laughing every time :D
August 14, 200619 yr another, from the 100% coldplay interview on fuse: Chris: "'fix you' is the first time we've all sang together" ... Will: "when we first started...it sounded like chickens being strangled..." [will continues, but guy is pissing himself laughing next to him] [chris looks at guy and cracks up too, and then jonny] Guy: [laughing] chickens being...strangled! Chris: [immitates chicken being strangled] what makes this even funnier to me is that that line is one of about three guy spoke in the whole interview. the other two were "orange is opposite blue" and "paul mccartney of wings" this one kills me.
August 14, 200619 yr yes, i do, and i downloaded it from this forum yesterday, so here's the link: http://rapidshare.de/files/19777053/Coldplay_-_100___on_Fuse__2005_.wmv.html i this is one of the rare ones i actually saw on TV!
