how do you get a pic of your screen like that?

^doing a screencap of the screen...

(with my laptop it is: press: imp pa + ctrl+fn)

open paint software, paste the image save it and upload it to your pictures site (flickr..).

then paste the code....

 

did a screencap of mine... stupid me i saved it as bmp so take lot time to load.
