To me this is bullshit, serious bullshit. I cant believe that us real fans who alot of us have been here since the beginning are being treated this way. This presale crap is way out of control, to the point that us fans cant get tickets unless we go begging for them on ebay to assholes that arent even fans. We have to pay outrageous prices when we should have been offered the tickets in the first place. I am so mad about this I could scream. I have spent thousands of dollars traveling to gigs in other states, tickets, hotels, air/bus fare and for what I have paid to see all the shows I have been to in the past I can buy 1 pair of 7th row seats from some jerkoff who was able to get them because he has a certain credit card. If that says anything about the way this is headed I highly doubt I will be going to very many Coldplay shows in the future. I cant afford $500 for concert tickets. Half us of probably wont even get the chance to buy presale tickets because nobheads and brokers have invaded the talk the tour website. I wanna go back to the day when I could get a ticket for $20 see them in an small club with true fans who waited all day in line to see them. That will never happen again, I know, but never in my wildest dreams did I think that it would be this frustrating just to get tickets to my favorite band's gig. UGH!

I HATE stuff like this...and its sooo lame that ppl w/ American Express cards get the first chance to buy tickets...its soooooooo out of order!

 

The order should be: Coldplay.com presale,...then everything else. It's the true fans (who dont have AE cards) that end up suffering in the end.

 

Im glad the scalpers got caught though...maybe thatll open up more seats.

 

By the way...anyone know if CP.com tix are reserved before any sale goes on...or do they just give out whatever seats the AE presale left over?

I think that maybe the seats are picked out for the cp.com presale but with this new amex bullshit who knows. I am still angry about this, but what can I do. I am so glad that the scalpers were busted, hopefully with the tickets freed up that will leave more seats for us fans.
