It's just that sometimes it looks more obvious than other times, for some strange reason. Like it's redder. Always thought it was an unusual birthmark.. Incisionary scars look different, it wouldn't be broken up like that... it'd look a bit neater--and I don't know what kind of surgery has an incision on the side of the throat like that. It glances across his trachea and his external carotid artery... 0_o I think it's most likely a rash, or a hypotrophic scar from an injury...
